Helpful staff. Broken toilet seat, ada door opener not operational, pool steps hard to use for older person, chair in pool area breaking while I was in it, shower head not detachable/on a hose, too few handicap parking spots, no USB connection in the room.

The elevator clunked and clanged a lot and was a little creepy but no actual problems. The shower pressure wasn't very strong but otherwise everything was good

The room was clean which is the most important aspect of any hotel stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. The A/C was kind of noisy and put out a bit of a musty smell but not too bad. The mattress could have been more comfortable but overall, not bad. Good value for the money.

The room had a strong dog odor. The bathroom smelled moldy/mildew, like she shower had not been thoroughly cleaned and needed a new shower curtain. We found a large dead bug in the corner of the room. Would not stay there again.

at over $250 a night, this place was awful

breakfast was good .I checked out early no one at the desk could help me with the fact I left early . I wanted to see if I could get a credit back on my card for the last day. no room service while we where there had to go get towels to take a shower
