I will never stay here again.

We made an accident on reservation and they refused to refund us and kept our money.

Breakfast was not as good as other motels. The only eggs were peeled hard boiled, and they were not pealed very good. No shells left on but lots of egg white was missing. Also one egg had multiple layers of this egg white. I have never seen that before. The second morning we went to another business for breakfast.

The two rooms booked was missing especially required needs. Bedding for pullout sofa bed and microwave in one room didn't work. We didn't have hot water on our last two days. Better customer service

The beds were comfortable While the beds were incredibly comfortable, that was about all we enjoyed. We had zero hot water the entire time we were there; we didn’t have enough sheets for our pull out couch. our room wasn’t entirely clean- the hood of the stove was gross and sticky. We needed to wash the silverware in the drawer, but had no way to do so. The person at the front desk was ALWAYS on call- no matter when we came in. The breakfast was gross- the hard boiled eggs were literally frozen. Couldn’t find cups for milk or juice, and the clerk wasn’t at the counter to ask. Ran out of waffle batter- no cream for the coffee. Kids running up and down the hallway yelling in various languages. No hot water both days we were there, and the people at the front desk never apologized, and didn’t seem bothered by it at all. Multiple complaints, and no communication from them. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Way overpriced, and absolutely disappointed that we switched from a “cheaper” hotel in town to this one.

The breakfast was good though drinks other than coffee were hidden in the little fridge. The room was very nice, clean and had what we needed. The hallway really smelled like someone had been smoking which made us wonder if our room would also smell. It did not so we were grateful for that!

Could use better grounds maintenance especially in patio area. Soap, conditioner and lotion in bathroom needs to be included.

I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. The breakfast was basic - I didn’t eat there so I don’t know about the quality. The girl at the front desk was very nice and understanding and the outside area was kept up very well and it was pretty sitting in the courtyard. The workout room was also basic but seemed well kept. I was told new owners had just purchased the property. Hopefully they will address the issues quickly.

No protein for breakfast. No eggs. No bacon. No sausage. They were out of hard boiled eggs. Asked if they had more. Was told, "What you see is what we have."

Room was very clean

The mattress of the main bed was stained. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable, and the mattress had lots of crumbs on it. We had to request sheets and a blanket for this, even though there were three people in the reservation so we should’ve had sheets in the room. There were no cups in the kitchen or bathroom for taking medications or getting a drink of water. One of the tables in the breakfast room was very wobbly, and my father-in-law tried to hang onto it when he stood up and it gave away and he fell. The orange juice dispenser was out of order. The coffee was so weak you could barely tell it was coffee. It tasted like colored water. The rooms were kind of beat up— there were chunks hacked in the entry door, and holes knocked in the walls.
