Location to everything Beds were small and bathroom needed update

The rooms were definitely not clean. We had to move rooms due to a smell. The floors were dirty and there was some staining around. The staff were very nice and accommodating though.

Basic everything but worked!!

Grest motel! Excellent location. Beach block. Parking was very convenient and since it was a weekday, for a small fee, they had extra spots for our party. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a little early, and the next day I was able to leave my car in the lot a few hours past check out time. The room was clean and no noticeable sound from outside was heard. I slept great!

Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Staff will not allow you to check in prior to 4:00pm, even when clean rooms are available.

Very overpriced for a Saturday night! Surprise! Clearly it was a mixup by Hotels.com. Up until 3am. Music blaring across the street. Loud “activities” in next room. Mold and hair in the bathroom. Loud air con. I do not recommend. Good access to the beach.

And steps were dinged, needed cleaning. Staff kind and helpful. Beds comfy, linens ok. Old bathroom that could have used a deep cleaning and update. If you’re looking for a decent spot to lay your head and rest while you enjoy the beach it’s a good find. Definitely could use more updates and cleaning!!!

there was no breakfast That they charged me $50 upon arrival for incidentals and I never received my refund. If they needed to keep it, i should have received notification. Parking was a challenge and the charge to park in a lot that we are already paying to stay at is rediculous.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were super helpful Tiles in the bathroom had tiles that been taped up and our room didn’t have hooks for hanging towels or wet beach gear.

We stay here every yr. You can’t beat the location and the facility is always clean. However, with the rising cost to stay it would be nice to have the pool updated, hangers or more drawers in the rooms, room showers updated and outside shower,

Room was clean and located steps from the beach. Staff were nice enough but not proactive (e.g. didn't ask about my stay when I checked out). My kids had fun in the pool. The loud concert venue next door kept me awake for 3 nights straight. Also, guests seemed to be smoking all the time and everywhere despite "no smoking" signs. I never observed hotel staff intervening

How close it was to everything and the beach. Plenty to do and easy to access. I was supposed to get house cleaning every 3 days but I stayed 7 days and they only came on the third day and didn’t leave us any toilet paper. They just brought us towels and swept the floor once.

This was the second time I have stayed at the Beach House. Perfect location if you are visiting for a show at the Bottle & Cork, which is located directly across the street. Very clean, awesome air conditioner, room was nice and cool on a hot summer day. Easy access to beach, friendly staff. Will come back again!

Clearly this hotel was renovated but it was a bandaid on a bigger problem. It was jot clean there was a substance on one of our headboards. The shower was not clean. The window had a leak under it. The conditioner and shampoo was a quarter of the way full like not replaced after the last guests we had no chairs outside of our room and we were by the stairwell so smelled heavy smoke after choosing a non smoking room

Close to beach! Great value! Friendly staff! No frills.

Exceptional

Floors and furniture desperately need to be replaced. Hope you are planning to stay up late because the sound and bass of the concerts at Bottle & Cork make sleeping impossible. Staff was nice and very helpful, but we will not stay here again.
