Beautiful hotel/hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The dorm rooms have their own private large bathroom which was nice. There are private rooms available that I saw when they were being cleaned and they looked very nice. Elevator available but my dorm was on floor 1. The staff cleaned regularly. Convenient 5 min walk to the metro that takes you about anywhere. The AC in the dorms only comes on at 9pm and off around 10am. It cools the room off quick just be aware and set expectations accordingly. The rooms are very economically priced for westerners. I was told by locals that the neighborhood isn't the best but I never felt unsafe personally.

Good location, good for cost, clean and AC working well. Mr Manoj was friendly at the desk.

Sheets were a bit dirty when I came in to the room but they changed it right away.

The breakfast area was also not clean. The tables were dusty, and the rooftop breakfast space was untidy. To make it worse, it was extremely hot on the rooftop, making the experience uncomfortable.

The hotel is centrally located, everything is within easy access by Uber. It has a great travel agency that helped us plan the rest of our 2 weeks in India. Everything we needed was there (bottled water, changing money, etc). Clean sheets + great service + traveler friendly breakfast. The neighborhood is not fancy, but you get to see real city life. We (two ladies) walked around to buy clothes / toiletries and also took Uber.

Abdul the receptionist was amazing! So many good recommendations! Such a nice guy!

Very good, Lively but nice neighborhood!

Saddam at reception. Sincere in his advice and empathetic. He’s the person that gives the place character and makes you want to come back. Location is an area of hustle and bustle as they say. Street food carts etc Elevator surprisingly exists. Stairs are wide. It’s almost like an old apartment building.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It is the peaceful oasis away from the business of the main market streets. I loved the vibe of the neighbourhood outside and the kids playing. I had a good game of badminton with the local kids! This is very close, walking distance to the metro and the walk day or night to and from felt safe and the food stalls and juice stands were lovely. I will stay here again as my sanctuary when arriving and leaving from India from now on. Oh and the breakfast included was simple with very kind staff. Hot water as well and clean! The duvet was crisp and clean and cool cotton. Also air conditioning as well but I prefer just the fan. Nothing! I love India and loved my stay here. I have read many negative reviews about staying in Paharganj and hot unsafe it can be and as a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel any of this here.
