HOTEL HRD Paharganj - 5 Min Walk Form New Delhi Railway Station And Sadar Bazar

Everything was awful, worst experience The room was not as shown in the picture. The room was very small, the toilet and bathroom were very small and old. The street was very dirty during the rainy season and non-vegetarian food was served. The room was stated to be 25 square meters but it was about 10 square meters. Slippers were not given for the bathroom, nor were towels given. The housekeeping staff was called for cleaning but he did not come. The same boy was ordered to serve food who brought very poor quality food and charged 70 rupees more than the quoted price. No parking space was there. Never order food from housekeeping staff, literally you can't eat that food.

The room was soo poor and soo nasty and soo dirty and the hotel true name is hotel: ROMA DELUXE HOTEL not HRD HOTEL .. there were all different of insects there that i couldn’t sleep , i just took my staff early morning and gone . Dont fall for this one

Owner is really good, understanding. Stay was peaceful. No obstacle for anything. Will visit again at the property. Everything was good. There was no problem during the stay.

there was nothing to like I booked two air conditioning room. 1) they just stop ac whenever they want and when you ask them they will say In such price we can't use ac whole day. also in night they will start ac at 11 pm and they will stop ac without informing us at 5 in the morning. 2) washroom was not clean, there were cokroaches in the bathroom and bedrooms, I asked them to clean it so many times but nobody cleaned it. 3) whenever you order food they will never give you plates infact they will say that they don't have plates available. also price in food menu are different than what they will charge you. 4) staff behavior specially night staff is not good. they always misbehave specially the old man who sits at reception at night. 5) they will bring 2 liter water bottle from outside shop which cost 30 rupees but they will charge 60 rupees just double of the actual price. 6) for just 10ml paper cup of coffee they will charge 40 rupees which they bring from outside shop and actual cost is 20 rupees outside shop. I have never seen that much price of a coffee in a budget room hotels ever. in every hotel they give a proper cup of coffee

The location is near railway station ,that is the only plus point I book one hotel They gave me some other hotel , i was not satisfied with the room asked for refund ,they did not gave back Rooms are not that much clean .

A property shown in site smthing and but in reality it's different nd they also giving me n different hotels name by saying that it's my branch very worst experience I have but I suffers it's bcoz a tym when I reached is 8p.m

The room is nothing special, but the staff's nature seemed very polite, especially the manager is very good, if we talk about the rate, the hotel is quite good in the budget, staying here with family is quite fun and economical

The auto fare is only 10 rs per person and 50 rs with luggages. Dont pay extra. Hotel's staff was very good. But rooms was little small. Bathroom was not so speciaous. It is ok of 2 person for one or two days stay. But not more than that. Rooms should be bigger as compared to price and other hotels.
