Everything is good.

The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping and did not come across as very welcoming or attentive. On top of that, the drains in both the bathtub and the sink were clogged, which made them very difficult to use properly. There was also no laundry bag provided in the room. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service could definitely use improvement.

Room was extremely dirty. Large brown stains on the ceiling. Old peanuts and dirt all over the floor. Hair in the shower and bathroom sink barely drained. Would not stay again. Reached out to staff about these issues with no response.

Property is definitely a little tired. Customer service was good. Breakfast was just OK. Very noisy from other rooms and upstairs as well.

Booked this hotel for a 3 night stay and lets just say, I only made it for one night. If it wasnt so late the night I stayed, I would have left at that time. The bathroom was so filthy to where the shower curtain had mold and mildew onit. The towels and wash cloths were filty and the linen had holes in them. The tub was ao dirty with dirt and hair. I went to the front desk to advise about the issues and the gentleman was very nice and tried to find me another room. However the two showed was just as bad. One room reeked of mold and mildew. And the other room bathroom was filty as well. I ended up just staying in the original assigned room and checked out the next day. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to stay. It definitely was not a great look for a marriott brand.

No hot tub as it stated in the original page and it said heated indoor pool and it was ice cold in July and no one was in it because it was cold . The shower needs better shower curtains because the one we had was not big enough and the whole floor was covered in water

I liked that the pool was open till 11p. I liked where the property was located close to everything and the staff were so welcoming and very nice to my kids. N/a

Pool was FREEZING cold, but rooms & beds were comfortable.

Pool was way to cold, I wasn't informed they were cashless until I got there to check in and also got charged an extra $40 that I was not expecting either. Got into our room and there was a puddle of dirty water standing in the bathtub.

I would not recommend this hotel. The first room they put me in had hair all over bathroom floor, shower walls and tub. The tv in the living room did not work, there was crumbs all over the couch. The second room they put me in the bathroom was the same issue. Th housekeepers need to wear hair nets or something because their hair was everywhere. The tv didn’t work in the living room of the second room either the air blew out loud and strong but not cold. Then somebodies kids kept banging on my door in the middle of the night. I tried to leave but the room was non refundable so I was stuck there for 3days. The worst hotel stay of my life!!

Breakfast buffet very good . Room was somewhat clean but corners doors were dusty tub was slippery under the bed not good at all.

Eric the manager was awesome. Personally made sure room was ready and clean. Helped me with a mistake I made in booking, which made it a non event. Will stay again.

I do have some concerns about the upkeep of the property though. Our shower was a bit dirty and it was broken (the manager knew but didn't fix it). Several things in the room we're damaged (artwork, stool, etc). Our window was also cracked.

We had a terrible experience with the person who checked us in. His name was Neil, and I found out later that he is actually their GM. We called about 90 minutes before our check-in time to see if our room was by chance already available. His response was "yeah it should be" and when I asked if he wanted to actually look me up and check he said not to worry about it and that it would be ready when we got there. Then, when we got there, he told us that the handicap room that we booked was not available because the shower sprayer had been broken by the guest who just checked out of that room. He told us he'd need to put us into a non-handicap room and then said to me "You really should leave the handicap room for someone who is actually handicapped" (without having any information on who in our family was handicapped and why they needed that special room). We would be staying this night and also again 3 days later, so I asked him if the shower would be fixed by then and he said yes. When we came back 3 days later, we were put into the handicap room this time, but the shower had never been fixed. Instead, we could tell that the broken pieces had been picked up for the most part but there were still small chunks of plastic in the shower and on the carpet outside of the bathroom. Also, there were ashes on the bathroom counter as if the person trying to fix the shower decided to smoke a cigarette while in there. We will never stay at this hotel addition because of this man.

We always stay at this hotel while visiting family in Dayton. Staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, only downfall is the last 2 visits the pool has been closed both times so the kids were disappointed. Other than that it’s always been a great experiences

We booked this room for a staycation and we were looking forward to swimming and enjoying the hot tub, however upon arrival to the pool area we noticed the hot tub had been boarded up. So NO hot tub. No where did it say the hot tub had been shut down.
