Stay from hell!!! Filthy, broken things, place in complete need of repairs!!! Do not recommend!!! Bedding gave me congestion, hard to breathe!!! Pay the extra $ and don’t stay here!!

This was the stay from HELL!!! Kathy front desk is the most hateful, rude, unkind, not helpful uncommpassionet person I know!!!!! God sees and knows all Kathy you can be sure of that!!!! The room and place has so many faulty broken things to many to name!!! I wonder how long it’s been since OSA or the state department in charge of this mess has been there as it would not pass!!! Kathy needs FIRED!!!!

For Super 8 it was the nicest one yet I’ve stayed at. Pool doesn’t work is the bad part and not listed.

Terrible

The breakfast choices were pancakes, 2 kinds of cereal, or toast. Pool is listed on site it’s open told when asking on anrrival that its permently closed.! TV wasn’t working no channel selection as well. Sink sprayed water everywhere when I turned it on. No where to sit and relax outside.

It was a convenient location and was easy access in and out

Would have liked more options for breakfast but other than that everything was great.

Very good value. Our room was excellent. Check in staff excellent. No milk for cereal in the morning. We were very happy.

One bad employee. Older woman with glasses. She had a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. Because of her I will never stay there again.

It was an ok hotel but my main complaint would be the lack of a house keeping staff. There was only one person and he was ran ragged.

NOTHING Man at hotel was rude. My friend who is homeless couldn't stay cuz he demanded $120 for deposit. I had reserved with my card and that should have covered that but he was ignorant and wouldn't listen. I would never recommend this place and my card better not have been charged since he said he cancelled it.

Close to where I work. Parking lot was littered with cigarette butts.

The check-in staff was off-putting, uninterested, and ignored my presence at check-in. They have some interesting charges/deposits for lost keys and/or potential liabilities, but I am not 100% knowledgeable on Iowa laws, so they make be acceptable but are definitely not advertised prior to booking. Also, the pool is closed, which they only identify upon check-in, and had I known, I may have stayed at another local establishment.

The room was clean. The man cleaning did a great job. Breakfast was not great. The bread was in the bag and everyone was sticking there hands in getting bread out no tongs or anything. Very unsanitary. The grounds around the hotel had not been mowed and the pool was closed and used for storage. Overall very unkempt. Room for alot of improvement.

They took my money and would not give me a refund I booked it on booking.com and when I got there they said I owed $105 for deposit I didn't have it they made me and I did not get a refund

Great location We didn’t get fresh towels for the second day

The room smelled like cigarettes. The entire carpet was sticky. The air conditioner did not cool the room down, and the fridge didn't have a freezer section. The sheets on one bed were threadbare and had holes and stains. The pool was closed and apparently has been for quite awhile. The "breakfast" was 2 kinds of cereal and some crusty donut holes. We skipped it.

Pool was closed for the last 6 years but online didn't say anything. Never got a refund of any kind and was only there for about a half hour.

Do not go there is you want to have a pool. They have zero intention of ever opening their pool. They have boxes filled with files in their pool area. Yet their sign even states they have a heated pool! We were there for two days and they never filled the pancake machine. There is fire damage in their lobby. I was highly disappointed with this hotel. I only booked it because they had a pool and breakfast and both were a lie. Don’t go there! When reported to hotels.com they stated that it states the pool is closed. Well that was another lie. And guess what it still states there is a pool. After looking deeper in the reviews it looks like the pool has been closed for about 2 years. They told customer service that this is why the price is so low. The price was not low and they lied.

There were multiple outlets that were unusable, internet rarely worked, holes in the curtains, the window was broken, there was a ceiling tile or something that was broken or not properly placed, the TV wasn't very responsive and the main was an issue
