The lift had loose flooring. Overall this particular hotel is in need of major upgrades and repairs.

The floor was a bit dusty but other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was really good and I appreciated that there was plenty of food available despite there being a lot of guests.

Room was relatively clean Lobby was dingy carpets or runners not clean. staff all over lobby sorting laundry. TV did not function was not connected to internet?

Bed sheet had stains on it and took a long time to switch room almost an hour, got close to midnight until the issue was addressed

The room had a funky smell that made us sick in the morning, we woke up with a really bad cough.

My issue this time was the air conditioning not working properly as when checked in was at 61 degrees, yet it was warm air coming out and had front desk check it saying it was fine, but it was never cool air coming out and there was a little portable fan turned on when I got there! My stays prior no issues with air conditioning being cooler not warm!!!

Probably an isolated incident but we didn’t have soap with the sink and no shampoo.

WiFi Didn’t work the whole duration of the stay. Room was decent

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was falling off the wall and when the lights went out I saw light coming in around the door.
