The is so good silent and convenient everything is so near even some supermarket

Location was a bit creepy at first because I arrived at night an it is in an alley. But it was a good location ,extremely close to the old city, port, and food. Also most tour meeting locations are within 10 minute walk. I left a sandwich on the chair overnight and by the time I woke up it was absolutely covered in ants. The hot water only lasted 8 or so minutes.

Superb

Perfect room for one person or a couple. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped with a good shower. The aircon was very good, as was the WiFi. The private terrace was much bigger than I expected and had a clothes horse which was great for drying swimwear. Extremely quiet at night and very comfy bed! Nothing!

Great location, close to the old town. 5 minutes walk to the Diocletian palace and the Riva. 20m from the fantastic, Michelin star restaurant Sug... great food at the same prices you'd pay anywhere in Split. Secure building. Nikola was very responsive to my requests. 50m from a supermarket which was great for supplies for the self catering apartment. The shared lock box for keys to all apartments meant that someone who arrived before me, took the key to my booked apartment and I was unable to access neither the building, nor the apartment. It took around an hour to get access to the building and i spent the first night in a smaller room up 3 flights of narrow stairs. The issue was resolved the following day and the housekeeping staff and host were very apologetic. I think this could be prevented in future by each apartment having a separate lock box. The large downstairs apartment doesn't have a balcony or external window, which us fine for a short stay, but it felt a bit enclosed for 2 week stay.

The place is in a not good condition, the bathroom is very uncomfortable. We spent just one night and certainly we will not return to this place.

Great location. Beds fairly comfortable. Aircon was a real plus! Noisy at night from other guests at times.

Air conditioning ,close to town Terrible spiral stairs to our room , absolutely insane .Owner should take images and share with customers under listing. We had to beg 2 days for hair dryer. Absolutely shocking.owner provided new one few days later but it took many messages via what's up explaining why we need hair dryer and that other tenant use it too. Yes 1 hair dryer for entire place lol. Beds extremely uncomfortable,not for couples, 2 single beds pushed together,no way to join partner at night unless you brake your spine . Purple blankets not washed ! They smelled like old Grampas home. You would think owner would wash them before every new people comes . We used white bed sheets for sleeping to avoid the dirty smelly blankets . No shower gel or water in fridge on arrivel , small touch that make every visitor feel welcomed into hot country. We will never visit this place again . Absolutely disappointed with this place.

Thr Room is barely bigger than the bathroom, it has kitchenware but no microvave even (why?), nasty spiral staircase to the second floor.

Beds were not super comfy

Very close to Diocletians Palace and Riva, though in a calm area For longer stays like ours (5 nights) extra towels are appreciated

Great location It could be cleaned better. Air-conditioning is not working really good

perfect location on walking distance of the key points of the city small room space, scary stairs for the upper floor(we stayed on 2nd) and difficult for finding parking place

The location is kind of good room is small and poorly ventilated, you can take some steps to create a more comfortable living space
