The location was perfect, the staff we met Bianca and Rose were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub. The room was fine but small with not a lot of storage space.

The hosts, Dino and Rose, were very helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout our stay. We had a small issue during check-in, but they resolved it very quickly, which we really appreciated. The property also has a nice pool and jacuzzi, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was very good, with easy access to most parts of the city, the port, and many great food options. There is only public street parking available, and it was almost impossible to find a spot during the evenings. It is also better not to have a large car, as the roads are quite narrow and can sometimes really test your driving skills :D This is the same problem across all parts of central Split.

The location was very good within easy walking distance of the Diocletians Fort/Palace and the Adriatic. Our room was very, very small. We could not move around easily after unloading out suitcases and back packs. It’s true I should have been more careful because on bookings the square footage should have alerted me.

Location great and nice to have the hot tub, helpful staff responded quickly to message as not on site all day, but when we arrived early the quickly got back to us about where we could leave bags. Helpful on check in. Room really nice and comfortable. Pool is on cooler side but we weren't there at hottest time of year so I suspect would have been perfect for a hot day. Otherwise all good

Great location as it was away from the tourist area on a side street but so close to walk to everything. We loved the little balcony to sit on and so handy to the supermarket, money machine and lots of other amenities. The room was clean with the maid coming in daily to service it. She even washed our laundry free of charge which is rare. The only small thing was the a/c was noisy and may need servicing, other than that we had a great stay

The location was very handy. The pool and spa was a great way to relax after lots of walking during the day. The quietness ( no noisy party guests ) was wonderful . The mini bar and tea/coffee availability in the room was also appreciated especially late at night. Being part of the local neighbourhood was lovely. Helpful and accommodating hosts were appreciated as they let us stay in the pool area after check out while we waited for our transfer . The lovely artistic decor and cleanliness of the room at the property. Some things needed maintenance: The iron had a frayed electrical cord which needed repair or replacement. The ironing board feet was damaged and therefore difficult to set up as the metal feet tended to get stuck rather than freely move and lock into the correct position. The AC control in the bathroom did not see to work properly. The room was quite small.

Great location (all within walking distance), clean and beautifully furnished. Very friendly and responsive stuff. They have gone an extra step and provided a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday as a surprise!

Location No hot water for three days

Location, location, location and having access to deck chairs and balcony -No hot water for three days -Cold pool -Cold hot tub, screen didn’t work so couldn’t increase temperature and difficult to work without asking -Outdoor light didn’t work -Cost of drinks around the pool was extortionate -Smell of the bathroom on arrival
