Location was perfect! Walkable to the central station. Breakfast served for all 4 days of our stay was the same items but it was good.

Location The shower was too small, not comfortable. (wet floor after shower). The room was also too small. The concierge of the hotel was always not available, we have to wait for a long time. The baggage storage was downstair but no elevator, that's very bad to carry big luggage walking downstair with no assistance from hotel staff at all. Check in time should ne 15.00 instead of 16.00. No coffee machine which 4-star hotel should provided

Location - close to train station. Room - clean and ok size. there was just one chair. trash was not removed during our 2 nights stay.

The view was excellent and it was very convenient to the train station. The beds were comfortable. The room was not ready when we arrived. And checking again at 4pm it was still not ready. We had to wait for about 40 minutes as the cleaners were still working on the room. After they are done when we walked in the room still smelled like dirty mop. It was not a pleasant smell. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned as you can see streaks.

The location was great. Near many shops and restaurants. Near the main shopping street, about 15-20 minutes walk. The staff in the reception were really helpful everytime we had a question about where to find somethig, like a convenient store etc. We stayed in the family room. The sofa bed was abit uncomfortable. I could feel the springs under the mattress. There was no phone to call down to the reception and no refrigerator. We stayed there from friday to monday. We were informed that breakfast was between 6.30-1030 am but was not informed that breakfats had different opening hours on weekdays they close breakfast 9.30. We arrived at the breakfast around 9.45 and was informed they had already closed. But they were really accommodating got us food that we could eat in the lobby. Shout out to Ann who got us the food so we could eat. One thing we also were not informed about was that if you want your room cleaned you have to book this through a website. We only saw this small note on the table the day we left, which was covered by our kids things. So our room was full of trash. I have never experienced this in other hotels. So beware of this if you want your room cleaned.
