Das Frühstück hatte eine schöne Auswahl und war insgesamt sehr gut - bis auf den Kaffee. Metro-Station in < 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Angenehme Umgebung, etwas vom Touristenrummel entfernt. Dusche (mit Duschvorhang) und Badezimmer wirken etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist hellhörig. (Schnarchen im Nachbarzimmer war hörbar.)

Historical beautiful hotel. Thank you for your kindness. The drainage in the shower was not good. That’s my only issue.

The property is in a very nice district, right near Værnedamsvej, a Parisian-style street lined with nice cafés and restaurants. The building has an ild charm to it. You could hear everything from the hallway because the room door was not properly sealed or soundproofed.

Great location Embarrassingly small room for two with barely 30 cm or less between bed and wall. For that price this is embarrassing to say the least. Hot water is at a premium - takes a while to feel comfortable in the shower. Decent breakfast with a scarcity of cold cuts. They bring them out in dozen slices. No more. When cheese runs out it takes more than 30 minutes for staff to add a new batch.

Excellent location, very nice staff…Diana was very accommodating and all staff pleasant Single room was quite spartan, but not unreasonably so.

Such a joy to stay here! Breakfast was fantastic in quality and value and comfort! I enjoyed use of the sauna and ice bath and also saw the expert massage therapist. Everyone was kind and respectful. I appreciated the digital key! Neighborhood was incomparable for restaurants, shopping, convenience, and charm!

Thin walls. Noise in the hallway in the morning from other guests and cleaning staff is loud hearable in the room.

First of all, sincere Thanks to the staff who actually read my special request on the room and honoured it. Doesn't happen that often. The location is around 30 minutes from the airport by public transport, could be problematic if you've a lot of luggage (you need to transfer a couple of times - first M2 metro, then shift to M3 metro and finally a bus). Nonetheless, not too far away from the airport while being pretty close to the city center. The rooms were clean, the neighbourhood beautiful, safe and quiet. The staff was well mannered and quite helpful. Last but not the least, the bike rental. It was the reason I booked this place and I was extremely pleased to explore the city for 3 days with a bike (even though the weather was a bit rough in the end of October - cold, rainy). Please prep yourself for a ride any time of the year, just as the locals do. Otherwise, you'll miss a rewarding experience in this (proudly) biker-friendly city. Watching the locals do it might actually inspire you. :-) Overall, a wonderful, memorable experience in Kobenhavn! I wouldn't call it a dislike, but probably my personal expectation based on my travels in Western Europe. For roughly 120 Euros per night, a single room usually came with a small fridge (Vienna, Salzburg). But in Scandinavia, everything's a bit more expensive and this hotel didn't have a fridge. I couldn't store milk / other beverages and the hotel has a policy of not providing their fridge for storing customers' goods. Hence, I had to unfortunately dispose off a box of perishable goods immediately after purchasing. I just wish the property would consider swapping the TV for a fridge (much more useful in my opinion).

Everything was really nice, we were allowed to leave our bags there even after checkout. The room was very pretty and clean, absolutely loved it. It was really close to everything.

The room was very small but I was traveling alone so it worked perfectly. The location of the hotel was perfect - away from the "tourist" part of the City, however, the canals, Tivoli Gardens were only a 20 minute walk and there are shops, restaurants along the way. Also, the Metro is super simple to utilize and there is a stop about 2 blocks away. The hotel is located on a very pretty street as well. Finally - Elona (sp?) was amazing during my stay. Elona recommended places to visit and restaurants and was kind, thoughtful and funny! And I had some "issues" - key card didn't work, hair dryer stopped working - nothing serious obviously, and Elona made it all work out easily. HUGE thank you! Little Mermaid was too little...other wise it was all good!

The location I explicitly asked for a quiet room, and the windows opened to the inner court, where construction was taking place in the next building. When you're there for seven days, it gets to you. Also, the room was small for two adults.

Hotel is nice, clean, good location and staff is amazingly friendly! Rooms are a bit small, but considering the price it was great, I'd say it's meant for shorter stays (at least the room I had). Good breakfast options.

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood outside the tourist area. Easy metro or bus ride to all attractions and easy metro ride to airport. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing to add
