Clean and close to landmarks Breakfast is very good
-
The location was very good, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. There were no shelves for our clothes, and the end tables were very minimal for our stuff. The bathroom was a little small, especially the shower. I think the breakfast price is too high at about $25 per per person per day.

No kettle Room Cleaning is just folding your duvet and they forgot to even do that one day.

Great location
-
Everything. From the location and the staff ( all very friendly) Size of the room / probably de lay out
-
Good location near the subway and train station, a lot of places to eat nearby The hallways were narrow, the room was oddly shaped and small, the table shook when I tried to write on it, and they could not fix it.

Great location and friendly staff Basic breakfast

Staff was great and helpful. The second room I got after I changed the first one was ok. The first room was so small I had a terrible first night.
-
Amazing staff in the reception and breakfast room, very friendly and helpful, nice central localisation, tasty breakfasts, clean cosy room with a nice view Shower with the courtains ending 20 cm over the floor resulting in a totally wet floor in the whole bathroom afterwards.
-
Close to the train station. Very clean and very friendly and professional staff
-
Excellent location - a 2 minute walk to the main Copenhagen train station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good value for this price, would gladly visit again Shower was just a curtain instead of a proper built one, the kind that floods your whole bathroom if you're not careful. Squeegee provided...

The hotel is located across the street of the "Candy Club," which operates all night long and has people yelling or talking all night until 5 am. It was bad because our windows had to be open at night because of the heat in the Summer. What I mentioned above.

Location is in the center. However there are some homeless people around the corner Location
-
Excellent location near the train station Room very tiny
-
Noise from back street
-
Closeness to down town and train “ worker “ ( sex worker ) at the front of the property, most days

Great location and large comfortable bed. Extremely noisy, people walking down the hall sound like they’re in your room. Water pressure sucks. Absolutely no facilities in the room, no tea, kettle, fridge… nothing. We’ve stayed in almost 15 hotels across Europe in the past 2 months and never have we had this little facilities available. Especially not at this price point! You will be charged 100 DKK per day for a cot… 100 per day, for something that only has to be made up once? Seems a bit greedy.

Rooms are very tiny, bare minimum furniture. STreets are noisy in night, but I had requested a room facing courtyard, which they obliged, so didnt have issue of noise

The location is ideal for the central station where you can also get the metro. Just a 5 minute walk away. The room was OK with a large bathroom but with a slightly odd layout in relation to the bed. The breakfast does not include anything cooked (unless you want to boil your own egg) which for the price was a bit cheeky. The TV in my room supposedly had BBC World on the menu but it came up with a Swedish channel. There was no other English news channel on the TV. I asked the staff to look at it but they couldn't fix it.
