New, clean, good breakfast. Close to many restaurants and not far from many others.

Spacious rooms! Excellent breakfast

My wife and had a quick overnight stay in the Springs and we found Comfort Inn as an inexpensive option. We were pleased with the clean room, the fitness center had options, and the morning breakfast was delicious. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was loud and kept me up during the night.

Everything was perfect! Every worker and guest we encountered were super nice. The rooms are very clean and parking was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again. I want to send a special thanks to the gentlemen who was attending the breakfast station. He was very kind and courteous. One last thing, all though I did not use, I felt the building was very handicap accessible for someone who might be in a wheelchair or have difficulty walking far.

A great stay, especially for the price point. Plenty of parking. Free continental breakfast. Helpful and kind staff.

The room was fine, it seemed clean until we opened the couch bed. It was stained with pee and had candy and chips all over it. The lady at the Front Desk offered to come wipe it down but it was too gross. Later they replaced it. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The thing that really blew my mind was they were charging $4 for ONE candy bar. I've slept in 4 star hotels that don't charge that much. The Front Desk Lady commented "this is a hotel". I was going to buy two candybars but with a King Soopers in the same parking lot, I got a package of candy bars for that price.

Second time we stayed here. We will always come back when in Colarado Springs.

Great breakfast & helpful staff

The location and free parking. Decent breakfast. Room was dirty and gross. Dirty towels, walls, floors, a booger on the shower curtain, hair, etc. Asked to have it cleaned or move rooms, we were told no and offered only $20 off our total bill and that never happened either.

The best room I have stayed in for years.

Only place to stay in the Spings!! You gotta try the whirlpool suites!!
