Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East -Medical Center Area

The room was fine, it seemed clean until we opened the couch bed. It was stained with pee and had candy and chips all over it. The lady at the Front Desk offered to come wipe it down but it was too gross. Later they replaced it. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The thing that really blew my mind was they were charging $4 for ONE candy bar. I've slept in 4 star hotels that don't charge that much. The Front Desk Lady commented "this is a hotel". I was going to buy two candybars but with a King Soopers in the same parking lot, I got a package of candy bars for that price.

Second time we stayed here. We will always come back when in Colarado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites in Colorado Springs! The rooms were clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a great bonus. The price was excellent, especially for a family-friendly hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Property was clean and in a good location

Great breakfast & helpful staff

The location and free parking. Decent breakfast. Room was dirty and gross. Dirty towels, walls, floors, a booger on the shower curtain, hair, etc. Asked to have it cleaned or move rooms, we were told no and offered only $20 off our total bill and that never happened either.

The best room I have stayed in for years.

Only place to stay in the Spings!! You gotta try the whirlpool suites!!

Room and bathroom very clean

Parking a car with a trailer is almost impossible. There are no double parking spots.

The staff were very helpful. It was very clean Very noisy. Vinyl floors. A sterile feeling. People above us rolling chairs moving furniture made it very loud. Breakfast was mediocre and tour buses filled the whole eating area

Location was convenient for us, rooms were ok, not too dirty but not super clean. It was a good stay.

Other than a plugged bathroom sink and another room not available having to use pool bathroom our stay was pleasant.

Clean, but the bathroom could have used a little maintenance.

Area was good and hotel was clean. I had a problem conveying internet though.
