Cheap price included breakfast that was nice

Very clean room. Bedding was nice and beds were very comfortable. Though we didn't use the pool, the sliding doors from our room to the pool was cool. We were impressed with the accommodations.

The staff was great -- very helpful and service oriented. The neighborhood didn't feel safe. The facility was old but clean.

The room was very clean, but the refrigerator was so cold it froze my soda, my non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the light in the bathroom flickered, and there seemed to be a mentally ill shoeless man hanging around the doorway to the office. Also the pool was a bit buggy....the staff was very helpful and fixed the problems though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean though my mother's room did smell like smoke. The pool was full of bugs and the hot tub water was hazy. The staff and the rooms = 5 ! The pool and hot tub = 3. The area is a little rough = 2. Breakfast was really good though =5! Over all a good value for the price.

The pool wasn’t available when we checked in as they were shocking it. They suggested we could use the hottub but when we went to it it was empty. Staff were nice and the breakfast was okay.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. I arrived at 3:10 and had to wait another 15 minutes for the room to be clean. I'd traveled a long way and had to prepare for an upcoming meeting. The delay, delayed me. Aside from that, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and the air-conditioning was on and had the room at a comfortable temperature.

The rooms are very cleaned but the Holloway was not clean.The gem was great.

Room was clean as always. Staff is very friendly. Parking can be an issue when construction and utility workers park their big trucks in the narrow parking spots.
