On the plus side, staff was helpful and tbh if you can get the suite, do. Huge change. Big two room thing with full kitchen, and i mean full. Big fridge and freezer, espresso maker, plates and silverware, great stove and the beds and pillows are big upgrade comfort wise. So I was only irritable for a few minutes until saw new room. Only minor issue was the breakfast was a bit weak. Same two options repeated. But it’s hot and a lot of it. I’d stay again.

The floor in our room was pretty dirty from day one. We loved the back door that led out to the small yard of astroturf for our dog to use at night! The breakfast was not great but good enough. The person who checked us in on arrival was a bit haggard because he had two people on the phone and me standing in front of him and another family behind me waiting to be checked in. The air conditioning in the room worked great. The pool was pretty clean but the hot tub not so much.

Loved all the dog areas available. Dog treats were a nice bonus.

Very nice place that is well-maintained and clean. Custom designed iron work on the balcony overlooking the lobby. The room was excellent.

The customer service was wonderful and they were very helpful. But the room the beds were terrible. Had trouble sleeping couldn’t get comfortable. They need to replace the mattresses. They need to replace the mattress .

Clean, comfortable, modern No access to premium TV channels. Most Best Western + hotels let you sign in to your own paid premium TV channels. I was very disappointed that we could not do this.

Motel was clean and staff were friendly. But two things were wrong. First, a bedside alarm was set that woke me up at 4am. Housekeeping should have made sure to disable the device. Who needs a bedside clock anyway? We all have phones. Second, the Keurig coffee maker in the room was broken. So at 4 am I had to put clothes on and truck to the lobby to get some coffee. And it was cold. Otherwise, just a delight.
