I liked that they provide soap and shampoo. I did not have breakfast at the hotel however they provided me with hot water and tea bag when I requested for it. The location was okay as there was buses to metro that went into Milan. On my second day I managed to get a receptionist that spoke English otherwise I struggled to communicate with the receptionist that checked me in. The struggle to communicate with the first receptionist on the day I checked in. There was dust on the telephone and old dirty carpets. The hotel keeps the air conditioning remote at the receptionist and the room was too hot. The bathroom was too small most especially the bathtub. I kept having accidents. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

This is a 2 Star property but did exactly what it said on the advertisement. The breakfast was a little lower in choices than expected but the fact is this is a 2 star property so manage your expectations if you visit.
