N/A We had an evening meal in the restaurant and was told we could put it on our room. We did this but they charged us for what turned out to be our meal twice because of the new computer system and now we have to wait 5 days for it to be credited back.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Initially advised that due to conference and many rooms to be cleaned we would not have our room until 4pm! Very quickly rectified after expressing our disappointment and another room given to us. Overlooked the car park. The air conditioning did not work properly (had maintenance in the evening)and led to an uncomfortable sleep .

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were fantastic. The very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff left cleaning equipment in the hallways for 2 days which was a little disappointing.
