Linen, duvet and seat covers were not clean. Powerpoint in kitchen needed fixing, had a note over it saying do not use.

Location was great, right near Hagley Park on Riccarton Road. The place is very dated. The couch was broken and extremely uncomfortable; there was dust on the unit where the t.v sat. The entire room looked tired and furniture needs updating.

Loud location. Beds weren't horrible. Shower was good. Couch uncomfortable and tv didnt work. Was ok as got a cheap price but wouldn't go back. Make sure tvs work. Location was loud, traffic and music. Couldn't sit comfortably on the couch. TV wouldn't work, had a reception thing but we couldn't get it to work, it was after hours so the office was closed

The area near the establishment and the park The heater doesn’t really cover the whole room. It would be good to have a heater that can warm the entire room, especially during winter.

Not a lot,bath room was the best room in the place clean sheets Hav It was dirty , very noisy due to age of the place banging from other rooms, I have a disability card for parking and parked in the disability park to be abused by a resident stay there claiming it was her park as the manager told her she could use it as she was in a disability room in asked her if she had a permit she said no but it was her park due the lateness and her temper i moved my car found this very unsettling, on other thing on your site you should put that it is not only a motel but house long term,

Location Lot of noise from upper level and shower flooded the bathroom as the drain is blocked a bit and needs unblocking.

location was great and it's great to have a strong pressure shower and dealing with friendly, amazing staff! the condensation in the room is quite bad. I had to wipe down the weeping windows before we leave the room
