Location was pretty good only a short walk to a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. $25 per day paid parking is a bit steep.

Modern, beautifully appointed Hotel in a great location. Short walk into the city or up to Merivale, and close to the beautiful Hagley Park. Friendly, helpful staff. Great cafe and bar downstairs. Can’t think of anything

Front desk staff were helpful When we were getting ready for bed that night, we found some long black curly hair that did not belong to us on both beds and on the pillows. We reported the issue to the hotel. At around 11:00 p.m., a staff member came to our room to inspect the situation and then replaced the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. I had to wait in the room while they changed all the bedding, which took more than half an hour. Definitely not a pleasant experience before going to bed, ot has left me wth little confidence in their cleanliness.
