There was ants in the kitchen/ living area that was the only down side about my stay. Other than that I thought the place was nice

Accommodation was good, clean & comfortable. Good location. The only member of staff I met during my stay, was a cleaner, who was very helpful & friendly. I didn't like the fact that the reception was unmanned and had to make phone calls to get things sorted. Not a fan of the DIY aspect and no personal interaction.

Nice modern decor and spacious. Room matched the photos. Heat pump was great. Door a little tricky to open, had to lift the handle up rather than down.

Loved the easy self check-in, when I wanted without having to bother anyone, and the door lock with a number system instead of a key, just had to remember a pin. Everything was spotless & clean, good facilities, and I got a free upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom, which was nice. Heating worked well too, which I appreciated as it was very cold. The only issues were 1/ sometimes the pin failed on the door, but usually it would wrk onnthe 2nd or 3rd try, and 2/ the shower head in unit 9 squirted some water upwards out the back of the fitting, so I had to put a facecloth over it, but at least the water pressure still worked okay. The motel might want to get it fixed though.
