Staff was kind and promptly helpful every time they were needed. The room is gigantic and great for the family. Location is awesome, very centered in downtown and walk distance to most touristic spots. The cost is also great compared to other hotels nearby. The breakfast is terrible. It is quite short (from 7-9 during week days). You basically get kicked out close to 9am. The space is too small to have everybody and we have to bring the breakfast to our room everyday. Other than that the quality of the food is definitely not great. Also I hated to pay 70 extra dollars per day for parking during my stay.

Great location, just two blocks from the beach and right in the city. Nice clean big room. Comfy bed. Kitchen is a bonus! Good gym facilities Super slow elevators. Breakfast only runs for 2 hours and slow lines and process trying to get food before it ends. Elevators even more slow during breakfast.

Check in/out, valet parking easy. Location good. We checked into room 1101 & all looked ok until we looked in the king bedroom. 3 exposed jacks to holding up corner of the room. Frightening. They should not have booked the room

Overall it's a decent hotel, good location and decent rooms. There's one issue - breakfast is a total nightmare. It's a collapse of the whole hotel, and an artificially created one at that. During breakfast you have to wait for the elevator up to half an hour. And it's impossible to just walk up or down. This happens because breakfast is only two hours instead of 4 like in normal hotels. Second, the toasters are on the same table as the hot food. Because people wait for their toast in the same line as those who just want to grab food, the overall line stretches out to 15 minutes. If they simply put the toasters on a different table, it would instantly solve the problem. But nobody wants to think or change anything.

location Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with our stay. Our room was on the second floor and was absolutely freezing throughout the night. We turned the thermostat all the way up to 80°F, but the room never warmed up, so we barely slept. We were also told that construction would begin at 8:00 a.m. Instead, around 7:00 a.m., we were woken by extremely loud construction machinery. Being on the second floor and so close to the construction made the noise incredibly loud inside our room. After dealing with a freezing room all night and then being woken an hour earlier than the construction time we had been given, I contacted the hotel about our experience. I explained what happened and asked whether they could at least accommodate a late checkout so we could get a little more rest. They never responded to my message. I understand that construction and maintenance sometimes have to happen, but guests should be given accurate information, and issues that significantly affect their stay should at least be acknowledged. The lack of response afterward was especially disappointing.

The neatness and staff hospitality Good

Our room was great. I only wish there was a second bathroom for 5 ladies. The front desk staff and valet staff were amazing. Charlie and David were very helpful and patient during my check-in. Just off from the hustle and bustle of the mag mile but still close enough. A hidden gem! The kitchen didn't have dish soap. We didn't use enough dishes to run the dish washer. Add full length mirrors to each bedroom in the suites.
