Clean room but slightly dated. No ventilation in restroom but room is spacious as it came witha. Large bedroom separate from the living room. Location of hotel is perfect if staying on or nearby Magnificent Mile is ideal. It’s closer to the beach but only a 30 minute walk to Cloud Gate (the Bean). Lots of restaurants, shopping and site seeing all around

The staff exceeded my expectation because of their professionalism and politeness. What blew me away was a text message from staff that stated if you need anything, contact me. I also appreciated complementary water from the check in/front desk. I stayed 4 days and housekeeping thoroughly cleaned my room. The property was clean.

Close to a lot of attractions
-
Unfortunately the room needed many repairs The shower water never turned completely off; the bathroom magnified mirror light doesn’t work and the mirror itself was hanging on by a thread; the towel bar was hanging on by a thread; and one of the bedroom nightstand lights wasn’t working

Loved the view of the water from our room!
-
Quality customer service. Location was perfect and rooms were well maintained. Will definitely stay there again!!

I truly enjoyed my stay! The onsite restaurant was amazing! A bit pricey but delicious. The room was clean and comfortable but could use a deep dusting for us folks with allergies. The front desk staff were superb! From check in to check out! We were greeted with bottled water, which was really thoughtful! And Tia, the guest services representative was super duper helpful, courtesy and had a great spirit! I'd absolutely stay again when I'm in Chicago!

Excellent hotel, lots of cool stuff right down the street, will probably stay there again.
-
The hotel was beautiful and well kept and close to most of the main attractions.
-
I booked this hotel for a birthday trip and I loved it! I will say, it could be just a little bigger but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again!
-
Staff was friendly and helpful so this isn’t a shot to them at all, but the hotel is run down and needs updating bad.
-
The staff was very nice and great location
-
The location was great, centralized and we can walk to all points if our interests
-
I arrived well after check-in and the room was not ready. Was ready late.
-
For the price we paid for our stay the remotes weren't working the bathroom flooring was filled with caulk and not grout. The end tables were dusty. There was no complimentary breakfast. We have stayed at a hotel a few blocks from here and had a larger room and more upgraded and complimentary beverages and breakfast. Would not stay here again for the $400 we paid.

Our trip was amazing, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early since we had arrived about 3 hrs early. The hotel room was very clean and nice. Had incredible views of the city. The only minus was the parking cause it cost 250 dollars for 3 nights but that what u have you expecte from a big city like chigago.

Clean rooms, staff was great

Everyone was very helpful, but I had the following problems. The toilet in the bathroom kept flushing periodically so after my first call when it did not repeat when the maintenance person was called. I felt it was to no avail to call again, instead it kept waking me up during the night when it would go into a flush cycle. Also the door to he bedroom didnot close tightly.

Location, friendly staff. The sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable—the springs were hard and could be felt digging into your back, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
-
Very near 360 and Magnificent Mile, suite was spacious
