Friendly staff but not outgoing or anything to brag about. I had my do not disturb on my room until 11:30am but then left for the day and my room was never cleaned.

Great pool and great staff. The room show a little of the wear, but were clean and simple. We had a great stay!

The location of this property is amazing.

The restrooms by the conference room on the first floor were in bad shape and weren't cleaned during our stay.

The property is clean and in a great location. The persons providing the cleaning service needs retraining or supervision because they do not do a good job of ensuring the rooms are up to standard before checking in clients. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights, all of the soap, shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty. (whereas I travel with my own products, my husband do not) and so it got a bit frustrating for him especially after they serviced the room on the second day and still didn't replace the containers. My daughters bathroom was dirty and she had to request a room change.

Room smelled like molded carpet and bar area only opened one time during my entire stay.

Nice play to stay

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, it would have been nice to know that the pool was not available for our stay. It had apparently been closed for a few months but nothing was noted anywhere.

Parking per day for $38, should be included if you are a guest and no free breakfast.

Room was clean but crowded. The pull out sofa was broken. Ice machine was broken on H3 and H4. Site said breakfast was included, it is not.

The hotel is solid. It’s not super fancy, but it has everything you need. There was a new woman at the checkout as I’ve been here a couple of times and she was sweet as pie. I wish I remembered her name. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby area plus there’s a bar and food area so you got all your bases covered. The hotel is right in town so it’s pretty walkable if you don’t have a car and the hotel room itself was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shower nozzle wasn’t working great but it wasn’t so bad that you could not get a decent shower, it just gave you a hotter shower. I would say that it’s probably an aging hotel but again still pretty darn good for the price you Pay.

The room was too expensive not to have complimentary breakfast included.

It was absolutely fantastic!

Over $900 paid for two nights. Felt over charged. Didn’t get my full refund. Missing $8.18 incidental fee. No valet parking or persons to take bags to room.

Expensive parking, loud dehumidifiers in hallway on my floor and another floor, ice machines not working, bed was uncomfortable, staff informed wrong information about patling fees.
