My stay started fantastic! Front desk was amazing! The valet was great except for the fact that their app to request the vehicle wasn't working the whole week, but otherwise phenomenal. The problem now though, is, the cleaning staff did not do their job, all they had to do was clean my room and it wasn't done. The trash was not thrown out. I found pillows on the floor and I found blankets on the couch like I don't understand what level of service this was because I got no service this week when it came to cleaning. Everything else was great, though!

The gym the hotel has a partnership with (One Athletics) is one of the best I've ever been to. I've been working out for 30+ years and it was amazing.

The Omni is always our preferred place to stay when we visit Charlotte. Great location and super friendly staff. The food is excellent.

Old not up to date missing towels and robes, room carpets were worn torn and dirty. Windows were dirty and they charged for everything. Will never stay here again especially after our experience ant the Grand Bohemian!

Everything was perfect only con was that the shower drained real slow.

The club lounge was ok. Some basic items were missing like toast for breakfast.There the atmosphere is a bit cold. It’s a smallish room with some tables and the sound in there is terrible. Not very comfy overall. Don’t base your choice on the photo they show of the club. It’s only half true. I wish they had more info about the club option when you book. The staff was very helpful and kind every time.

We had a great stay at the Omni, Charlotte. It was clean, the staff were excellent, and the location convenient. Would definitely stay again!

I was really impressed with the property , staff an amenities . The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic , the food was great and being able to use the gym next door was an added bonus . It was a really nice gym. We were going to see a concert at the Soectrum which was approx a block away

I felt everything and everybody were phenomenal! I’m never disappointed when I stay at the Omni plus I had to me the perfect pool side view room so I was very pleased! No complaints here what so ever!
