The room had a dead rodent inside the bathroom. Dead animal in the room, air conditioning did not work, poor customer service!!!

The location was primo! Right on the main square. The staff was exceptional from checkin to checkout. Breakfast was very good too. We loved sitting on the veranda and reading or just people watching all the activities on the main square. Our room was on the smaller side ( only availability at time of booking). I would def book a deluxe room next time but was very comfortable and loved that we overlooked the square.

They offer an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The parking lot is not located at the property but a shuttle service is offered free of charge and on demand, so it is very convenient to reach the hotel. The staff was very helpful and super friendly and the service we received was above excellent. Could absolutely not think of anything unpleasant happening during our 2 day stay.

Beautifully updated hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Very nice furnishings, AC worked great, shower was amazing (even a cool motion sensing night light in the bathroom), beds were comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, entire place was very clean. Breakfast choices could use some updating. Maybe add a bagel, some pancakes, cinnamon rolls, etc. The information regarding arrival and departure was very vague. I communicated with the staff before arrival, and was told the hotel is in a “ pedestal zone”, so you have to walk. We were dropped off by an Uber about 3/4 mile from the property. Normally that’s not a problem, but wheeling a roller bag over cobblestone streets is not fun. Once I arrived, the staff informed me they could have arranged a taxi to the property. When it was time to leave, I asked about a taxi. I was quoted 2 different prices, charged a price higher than either of them, and they basically said it was an issue for the taxi company. Then don’t quote a price.

Our stay at Hotel OLDINN was absolutely wonderful! The hotel perfectly combines historical charm with modern comfort and elegance. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, making our stay in Český Krumlov truly memorable. A very special mention goes to Nazli at the front desk, who was absolute perfection! She was exceptionally helpful during our checkout, seamlessly arranged a driver to take us to the parking area, and assisted us with everything we needed with such genuine warmth. Every aspect of our visit was handled with great care, and the hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended! Nothing at all—our experience was seamless and completely enjoyable.

Location was great, staff very friendly, breakfast was very good with big selection. Parking. I suggest you recommend a primary and secondary place to park your car when staying at the hotel. Having to figure it out when arriving for the first time is frustrating. Also, I did send you an email off your web site about parking but didn’t hear back.
