The charming Hotel Svambersky dum is located in the center of Cesky Krumlov close to the main square. It is a carefully restored medieval building with frescoes on the facade. Rooms are very spacious and some rooms on the first floor have a terrace with a view of the town's impressive castle. The 2 spacious attic suites have original, preserved medieval beams and an extra large seating area. Extra beds can be added to some of the rooms for an additional charge. All of the hotel's charming rooms are en suite and spacious and furnished with period furniture. A buffet breakfast is served at a partner property, 328 ft away. Wireless internet is available in the entire Svambersky dum hotel free of charge.

Great location with charming, comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Loved the terrace Shower was excellent Staff was helpful and communicative no refrigerator in the room

It’s in a great location. Very spacious room and comfy. Check in and check out process is easy. Communication with reception is great, easy and helpful. It is quiet and chill. This is more suggestion rather that what I didn’t like. Sensor lighting in the lobby hallway. It gets dark to find light switch for first day in the lobby. Couple additional pillows will be great.

It is located in the old town. The place was magnificently restored. We had the attic room with the open space bathtub and the room was gorgeous. We particularly appreciated the mattress and pillows.

The location and amenities and staff. The rubbish left by the previous occupants was still in the apartment when we arrived. Just a little mistake!

Great location! Very authentic looking place inside and outside. Full medieval experience!

Old. Original wood floors, it was beautiful. Bathroom looked recent. Nice balcony. There is a bar next door. There were people, loud people, in the courtyard of the bar till 3am both weekday nights. We could not sleep. The hotel has a note in your room that states it is not their fault there is a bar next door and if it gets too loud to call the police. I am not going to call the police in a foreign country to complain about bar patrons. The entrance to the hotel was also pretty hard to find. Google Maps has the entrance on the wrong street, so we ended up asking some locals, and they helped us.

Great location, check in and check out was very easy. A nice breakfast. Room was large but very basic. We were in room 3 and you could hear the people in the room above us talking and using the toilet and bathroom. The towels were old and extremely thin. I didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed in the rooms and they could bring them to the breakfast room.
