Excellent location. Parking. Very friendly staff. Room location on the street- noise. No air conditioning in the specific room

No shower curtain, which seems strange as there is no way to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown area of the town, walking distance from the sights and the beautiful Vltava river embankment, it has a private parking lot for guests who arrive by car. The rooms are spacious and clean, they are carpeted and warm, which is especially important in the colder months and it also gives a cozy and comfy vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is yummy and the breakfast room is beautifully decorated with crystal chandeliers, stylish chairs and tables and it has a very nice view of the landmarks. On sunny mornings it's light and cheerful. There are no hot water kettles or coffee makers in the rooms which I would prefer. They have a sign on their Booking.com page that parking is free until April 2nd 2026, one can see it on the title image of the hotel but I had to pay for the parking despite the information. When I asked about the advertised free parking and showed them the information on the website, they said it's not true and I still had to pay. I was quite surprised and disappointed.

Location Value for the price paid is not balanced.

We had to think long and hard to find something positive, and the only thing we found was the location of the hotel. So many things were NOT OKAY, during all 7 nights of our stay! • Hygiene/Cleanliness Let's start with the fact that the room was FILTHY!! From day 1 we entered the room, there was dust, spider nets, dead insects on every corner and lower surfaces. We even found a pair of socks from the previous guests next to the bed. The toilet was only superficially wiped, but you could see that there were different colors of dirt under the seat ?. Not to mention the shower. The drain was probably NEVER cleaned since the amount of hair, residues and God knows what else was disgusting to say the least (images below). For the record both me and my man have short shaved hair. That was all on day 1! Our bedsheets were NEVER changed during the 7 nights, the cleaning lady vacuumed 1 time AFTER WE ASKED HER TO ! The "daily cleaning service" included change of towels, a new toilet paper, and making the beds. And that was it. Nothing else. No vacuuming, no toilet cleaning (you could literally see the soap and water stains accumulating through the days in the shower). As we were traveling with our dog, it is natural that we had an increased load of dog hair on the floor (carpet floor). On day four (!) after we had to ask the cleaning lady to vacuum, she did only the main room, of course ignoring all the rest of the dust and dirt that the room had. She literally just vacuumed, brought towels and toilet paper. • Room equipment/ condition The room had a private Sauna (about the cleanliness of the sauna, refer to the images below. It was also not really taken care of), some okay-ish baroque furniture, a completely empty mini bar and an new Smart TV. Besides the TV, everything else was either dirty, or old and not in a good condition. The furniture had cracks and every wall was dirty or scratched. There were two glasses in the room (of course, never changed throughout the 7 nights), placed on a dirty plate and that's all from room equipment.

It was great that both dinner and breakfast were included in the stay. The personnel were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and warm. I would have appreciated a better variety at dinner. The food options weren’t very tasty, more like canteen level. The room barely had a window, which made it feel quite dark. Additionally, the bathroom had a very low ceiling, which was uncomfortable for me as a tall person.

Close to City center, around 7 minutes walk, comfortable beds, clean room, Breakfast and dinner included, medium to good quality of the food. Private parking but not Free, it costs10 euros/night, for a better experience, it could be included in the room price. I did not like the coffee at Breakfast and the deserts were poor. The bathroom had two problems, one was the sink cannot drain the water, and the toilet is losing water from the reservoir. Maybe could use a bit of maintanance.

Breakfast and Dinner is included, dinner is delicious.

The only good thing was the location of the hotel and the possibility of parking. It absolutely does not correspond to a four-star hotel. The bathroom had mold, the carpet was not polished. There was someone's hair in the bathroom. The room was not clean. This is not the style of the hotel at all. The breakfast was a disaster. There were only 2 jams. Three portions of cheap salami and a dry ham, but full of cheap processed cheese.

The hotel is located very close to the centre which was good. Our room was located on the ground floor, in front of the hotel's toilets- poor air quality, so smelly and depressing. There was no TV in our room, and when we asked, they said the TV was broken! Although they said they could find us one if we wanted! We asked a couple of times if they could give us another room, but they said they were fully booked. However, we checked the Booking.com website and according to the website, other rooms were available. The staff didn't know much English, but that wasn't a huge problem. Their Breakfast was very simple, not very good for a 4 star hotel. The chairs in the restaurant were not clean.

Breakfast is not great, but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. Dinner included, which was fantastic. Absolutely beautiful scenery from the bedroom windows. Pity TV didn’t work.. Breakfast needs more selections
