The staff were as helpful as possible. Didn't speak English which was difficult. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were smelly. Very thin walls. Not one taxi or local knew where the hotel was so traveling was a nightmare and they didn't speak engling so directing them was difficult. The don't do invoices which was needed due to it being a work trip. Leave this hotel to the people paying the hourly rate. I

There was a night club booking bass all night and the room was really dirty. I think it¿s a hookup hotel so beeare

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was okay: not much salty foods, but decent selection of sweet foods. The customer service was appalling, worst service we have ever had at a hotel (and we have travelled on every continent). If you want to be treated like garbage, choose this hotel. During our stay, we forgot a small piece of luggage in our hotel room, and called to ask about it a couple hours after leaving (if they had found it and when we could come and get it back). The reception staff (who spoke English) answered us by phone, listened to our issue, answered ”I don’t know” and hung up our call. We thought he hung up the call by accident, and so we called back. The same reception worker answered and said ”Okay, hello. Please wait a moment.” After listening to the reception sounds for almost ten minutes, the receptionist hung up again. We then called for a third time, and got the ”one moment please” answer straight away after introducing ourselves. After one minute of waiting, they hung up on us again. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Only one person at the hotel speaks okay English, the rest speak none, so if you get into trouble, do not expect any help from the staff. If you are an international visitor: stay away! The room was nice and spacious with personal decorations, but very poorly cleaned. Dirty floor and corners. The location is not good, as it is outside of Napoli area, so a taxi from downtown costs double. The public transport is none existent. There is also nothing to see close by the hotel. I would only choose this hotel as a last resort, especially as a foreigner.
