Hotel Masaniello Luxury

The room was big and comfortable, with a huge balcony. All the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very bad. The hotel is in the middle of remodeling, with tools noise, dust, and other minor annoyances. Nitpicking, the shampoo was outside the shower and you have to wet the bathroom on purpose.

Close to airport View - Overlooking the bypass! Quite noisy also there were renovations going on & lift was not available & restaurant was closed.

Did not eat breakfast there and the staff was very accommodating. There was a big loud party next door and they quickly moved us to another room We scheduled a shuttle to the airport at 3:34am and confirmed twice but when we got up to catch it they ended up putting us in a cap that we had to pay 35euros for and the driver didnt want to take CC

Showed up and it was under construction and right next to a disco. Didn’t even bother staying

NOTHING. THE ONLY THING TO LIKE WAS TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE. THE TOXIC BLACK MOLD IN THE SHOWER AND THE ROOM AND BATHROOM SMELLING LIKE A DEAD CORPSE

Staff was Friendly lobby was pretty and room was clean. Room we’re a little sad and outdated ac worked intermittently and there was no way to watch anything on tv that wasn’t in Italian. There are also very limited amenities around the area. Chose this as a last minute hotel due to loaing out flights but would not be a place I would ordinarily stay.

For stars and no elevator? A dump. The door lock can easily by picked with a credit card. No touch key, just an ordinary key. The room looked out onto a high-traffic highway overpass, every car/truck goes over a series of seams with the characteristic tump tump for each axle. More noisy traffic under the highway. Nested very close between a gas station, a heavy road construction depot and a dairy factory. Mold in the shower. Electric outlets coming apart. But, redeeming quality, the jacuzzi in the room has wall covered with quilted drapery studded with (fake) diamonds. The perfect spot to spend a few hours with the temporary love of your life (not included in the outrageous $130 room) that you can find in the annexed restaurant bar. Perfect for rich horny truckers in a rush.

Convenient to the airport. Rooms were large. It’s a luxury hotel with no lift and the staff don’t offer to help with your luggage leaving you to carry up flights of stairs. Surprising for a luxury hotel. There is banquet hall directly next door that goes until 1:30am with extremely loud, heavy bass music.

Clean and the breakfast was very good, the staff was very helpful The loud music nightly at the event facility next door.

breakfast was adequate but had to ask for milk/yogurt for cereal, spoons had to be requested. Beds comfortable. cleanliness was good. price was good very noisy until around 22:00 - disco type music was loud, people in the hallways was disturbing. pillows in first room were too firm overall the ambience was not what we were looking for - too tacky for my taste. Worst - this is not what I wanted as near to the airport - this is inaccessible except by taxis which are too expensive. We would have done better to stay in the city and take the public transport to the airport.

No elevator

Shower was so small I cut my elbow washing my hair on the door

Nothing Where do I start? I was returning home to the states for knee surgery so I ask if the hotel had an elevator. I was told in an email that it didn’t but the there were only a”few” steps for the first floor rooms. There wasn’t a first floor at all in this hotel. There were three flights of stairs to the second floor. Our room was directly above an events/night club which played loud music until midnight. The shower was covered in black mold growing in the grout lines, I have photos. The hotel didn’t have a restaurant then it did later we were told. We felt the hotel misrepresented its amenities. The desk clerk was vey rude when we checked in. He refused to tell us his name after we confronted him about his misrepresentations.

Parking The ceiling of the room was extremely short. The ac barely worked. The refrigerator didn’t work. And there was a party until 00:00 downstairs with loud music so we couldn’t sleep
