Hotel Futura Centro Congressi

It is an older hotel

I didn’t like the property The room smells, the bed is not comfortable, the add says it is near the airport but it’s not, it’s far from Naples airport

I arrived just the evening after 9 pm and there wasn’t even anywhere to conveniently park or take out all of our luggage it was in a very unsafe looking neighborhood we didn’t even get out of the car or go inside so I didn’t even go to the hotel impossible that this is a four star property

Excellent service and cleanliness

The staff was amazing especially Sofia she was accommodating to my very need. I got there was very tired and couldn’t find the entrance as the sign to the entrance to hotel was facing the parking, she answered my call and made sure I found it!! She deserves 5 stars!. The rest of the staff was also great as they made sure I was comfortable. I also liked the stores next to the hotel. The room was great but the beds need remodeling. I had 3 beds in my room and it was only me in the room. Breakfast was ok as the eggs were cold.

It’s clean and near by airport . Breakfast was not that great but it was okay..

WiFi was terrible. I did not get any WiFi in the room and even in the lobby the WiFi was terrible.

Disappointing

The reception staff were lovely. The ice cream shop next door. Noisy room - dated and the worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel for years.

The reception staff very helpful The breakfast was terrible. It was by far the worst breakfast I have experienced. The selection on offer was very poor.The staff made no effort to replace anything that had run out and were very surly with the guests . We arrived at breakfast 1 hour before service ended and all they were interested in was clearing plates away. There was no water, coffee cups. The coffee machine didn't work.

Have stayed at this hotel three times now and would use it again. It is near the airport useful for us for an overnight between flights/travel. Staff are very helpful and waited up for us after long delays to flights. Noise from the main road outside but then it is Naples.

This is a good hotel not far from the airport. The surrounding area is an out of centre mixed residential and business area which appears a little rundown. Because of airline delays we were very late in arriving, fortunately we had a colleague who was there earlier and staff kept the doors open for our arrival after midnight. We did not eat at evening meal there but breakfast was good. We can recommend the gelataria next door and a good restaurant across the road, (sampled during our first visit to the hotel in 2022 and on our return to the hotel in preparation for our flight back to the UK. We had a really good view of vesuvius in the distance from our bedroom window at the front of the hotel. Traffic noise from the main road but then this is Naples. Otherwise a good hotel as we passed through Naples.d
