The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. As a solo female traveler I felt safe staying here for 3 days.

This was a quiet hotel, we did not use amenities. The floor of our room was laminate so if got wet was extremely slippery. Also, it was very dirty. I spilled some of our dogs water and wiped it up and the paper towel was close to black. Also, the "blackout shades" did not block lighting the right or left sides of the window well, so the room was not dark. the thermostat was also difficult to manage. the pet fee is also half of what the room rate was. I recommend Home2 Suites or La Quinta which have a $25 pet fee and are cleaner

I wasn't sure if I would like the layout; however, I found the rooms large and liked the design. They have lots of gathering places in the lobby, or places to get on your computer or just read a book.

Booked a king room with roll in shower, but there was not one available when we arrived. Room we were given was dirty and we had to move to another room for the night until a room with a roll in shower was available. When we finally got the roll in shower room, the guests next door had a dog who barked all night. Not the best stay.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable beds . Very quiet hotel if u are traveling to Cartersville Georgia this the place to stay . Very nice

Lack of coffee in the morning.

Tv only got a handful of channels. Most didn’t work. Short stocky young white girl at front desk not friendly or helpful. Super bossy and seemed like she was on a bit of a power trip with this job.

Modern facility and good breatfast. Room keys did not work, left for dinner and still did not work. Later found that our room 321 and keys for that had been given to someone else. They were shocked when they entered and found our belongings. They were then given another room while we needed to go get another key. Very upsetting for both guests and certainly a security breech!

The view was beautiful waking up this morning. Only negative was there was some humidity in the room

Needs more elevators

I liked how close it was to the highway making it easy to get to places. It was clean and staff were nice. The TV did not have any channels and the few that it did, the TV lost signal. Also the AC in the room was extremely loud and would rattle all throughout the night.

Good location, quiet No milk or sausage available at 8:30AM-breakfast was supposed to be 6-9AM.

Just wanted quiet. Did not get it. The room above me. for one hour after I went to bed. the guy was pacing on the non carpet concrete floor. Phone to front desk did not work. Had to get out of bed to go to front desk to tell them. at 5:45 AM. I was awoken by someone hollering in the hall way. Phone not working. Got dressed. went to front desk . No one there. It was the set up person in the pantry. Breakfast buffet had WATER in the orange juice dispenser. Could hear doors slamming.

Had to ask for washcloths and towels. Only one in room.

Tiah Bailey (GM) is an excellent leader and it shows from the top-down! All staff were super friendly & helpful going above and beyond with recommendations and ensuring all needs were met. Welcomed by a friendly smile (Jesikah) at the front desk, service, the property was more than expected!

We couldn't get any movies that were on the guide. The facility needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.
