Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville

3 people at front desk, I am disabled and was obvious, yet could not get one off their chair to assist with luggage. Another elderly couple faced same thing. Twice I asked for shower chair, because my legs are cut off. No response. I asked for 6 am wake up call and got one at 7:30 so missed ride, next day asked for 3 am wake up to catch flight. They called 4:30 am. I complained to desk and they said clocks are off in computer. I watched two guys and videoed them acting very unprofessional at desk. I can send video

Overprice for a breakfast that should have been included. Convention going on that made it difficult to navigate the hotel. Overcrowded parking lot made it difficult to find a parking space.

The staff especially the guy that checked us in was fantastic as well as the lady that checked us out. Every the breakfast server was amazing. This experience has made us as a family decide to start seeking out Hilton properties every time we travel. We travel a lot for basketball as well as travel internationally to see family and we can’t wait to experience another Hilton property after this great experience

Staff was nice, room was clean. Had to wait to get in room because Internet was down to get room door card made, had to wait to be took to room by maintenance and if you left maintenance had to let you back in. Our view out window was a huge A/C unit that ran all the time and was very loud.

Quiet area, tons of restaurants nearby, slept well. No pool.

Tad bit run down. Room door sticking so bad it wakes up half the floor to open and close.

Will be staying here again for future baseball tournament tournaments.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and very kind to my dog who was traveling with us. The location is amazing, right off the highway, with lots of food options right around the hotel. The only negative was the connecting doors. They are very thin and I could hear my neighbors watching extremely loud movies until 1am. I called the front desk to alert them of the issue but nothing was done.

Everything was great except we found the beds just a little hard. Need an update to a bit softer mattresses. Everything else was great!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and the staff and facility are always very consistent. A very restful night while we are traveling.

For the price of the room, we felt breakfast could’ve been included.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Pillows could have been a little better and would of been nice to have a recliner or little more comfortable chair in our room. Besides that, stay was awesome.
