Nothing I had an extremely disturbing and frightening experience at this Motel 6. Around 3–4 AM, complete strangers were somehow able to OPEN THE DOOR TO MY MOTEL ROOM. They then began knocking and banging on the door, insisting that it was their room. Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to random people entering the room where you are sleeping. I genuinely feared for my safety. This was one of the scariest experiences I have ever had at a hotel. There is absolutely no excuse for another guest being given access to an occupied room, whether it was a key-card error, a room-assignment mistake, or some other security failure. Guests should be able to sleep knowing their room is secure. Management needs to seriously investigate how this happened and make sure it can NEVER happen again. A hotel room is supposed to feel safe and private. After this experience, I completely lost that sense of security. I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

I found a roach in my room....

We stayed 4 days, no housekeeper in that 4 days, not even offered fresh towels. Stains on the shower curtain, very worn, the fan in the bathroom was so loud, the appliances were very scary, the front office was very nice. The air conditioner was super loud. Some scary looking situations, first morning woke up and cops were talking to couple a few doors down, sounded like a DV situation. If we go to Lego land again won’t stay here.

Definitely some mold on the shower. Light barely worked in bathroom. About 20% of normal strength No nightstands by bed. Weird. So no lights, making the whole room very dim and poorly lit. No place to put water by bed or charge phone. Strange Overall fine, I guess. But I could find 10 other places for the same price that had a damn light by the bed. And a nightstand!

Very accommodating. Thank you

Value and llocation No shampoo or conditioner, no drinking water, the night light didn't work.

Descent place, descent guests and nice family owned operated.

The fridge was large for a hotel room fridge; there was a microwave as a bonus. There were lots of sockets. Tiny, thin, low-quality towels; a mix-up about communication which meant that our room wasn't serviced, and all hard-surface floor (no rugging or carpeting). Also, no hair dryer or coffee facilities in the room.

Its a nice place to stay

It’s close to everything! It’s easy to get on and off the 5 there and it’s actually a pretty quiet location. Also the people there…Leticia at the front desk was lovely and friendly, the housekeeping staff always said hello and smiled. The trash cans in the property need to be updated.

Nothing went well. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in, Over 10 people arriving and only 1 person working the front desk. Returned from my event around 9:15pm to eat and relax and while sitting at the table in Room 135, a cockroach crawled across the dining table. Which moved quickly and I found underneath on the floor. I squashed it. Then went to return to the booth seat in the corner, and another larger cockroach crawled next to me on the seat!!! I jumped up and had to squash that one, too. I took photos and went to the front desk and there was NOTHING offered. No other room and not even a 50% refund for the horrible experience. I barely ate and threw my food away outside of the room. I slept with a light on and shoes on my feet in case I had to wake to pee in the middle of the night so I wouldn't step on one. I barely slept. I woke early and when I went to wash my face and brush my teeth, another cockroach crawled up from the drain. I was DISGUSTED and FREAKED OUT! I packed up and left at 7:30am back to Los Angeles. I will never stay at any Motel 6 again. Horrible service. Obviously an infestation issue.

My room was infested by roaches and bed bugs . We didn't noticed the roaches until 3 hours after our check in so they refused to give us a new room or refund our money , They have a 2 hr policy for any complaints which I think it's absurd. Parking lot smelled like urine , there were homeless people in the property . Wall outlets didn't work , this was a nightmare. I took my 2 year old with me and we went to the hotel across the street . $150 wasted . Never again
