Amazing place to take kids have fun. Staff very amazing

The facility on the other hand was a disappointment. The carpet looks dingy and stained. The AC in our room was an old portable unit that connects to the window that had moisture biuld up and didn't reach to the kids bunk bed area and the kids were hot at night. You could see areas on the wall where the paint is chipping. And the decor just looks dated and underwhelming.

Rooms were clean, activities for kids were plenty. We really liked the all you can eat dinner and breakfast buffet. Check in was terrible. We were to check in at 4pm and when we arrived we checked in at the kiosk and received a message that our room was not ready yet. I waited about 15 minutes then asked the check in staff and they told me the same thing. We waited a VERY long time (finally able to check in AFTER 6:30pm). At that point we had decided to leave and get a refund and when I told the staff that, suddenly our room was ready. They told us their housekeeping was behind and apologized and refunded us $100 in resort credit. Nice but still disappointed in the check in service.

It was amazing

The room is toddler friendly with a toilet seat for toddlers and a step stool so they can reach the sink. You have access to both hotels Legoland and castle hotel and the activities stagger so you can keep the kiddos busy and entertained. Activities include arcade, kids night club, Lego play area, outdoor giant movie screen, outdoor playground, heated pools with giant Lego pieces made for pool use. Lego characters come out for photos and dancing with kids. Staff puts on shows that engage and entertain the kids. They gave kids gifts (Legoland lanyard and pop badges) upon check in. Scavenger hunt leads kids to more gifts (Lego set per child) in a treasure chest that is located in your room. The kids were completely blown away and entertained the entire time. Your stay comes with a delicious breakfast buffet that has plenty variety of food. The coffee in buffet was delicious definitely worth it.

The kids will love the castle hotel! It's very well kept. The suites are large and clean. No microwave in the row but not a huge deal as there are a few dining options nearby within the resort. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows. Complimentary breakfast buffet every morning is actually very good with a number of options! Staff throughout the resort are all friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

We had a great family trip to LEGOLAND California and really enjoyed our stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel! 🧱❤️ The hotel is very convenient, especially when traveling with children, because you can easily get to the park and enjoy the LEGO-themed atmosphere.

Superb

One of the best parts was solving the puzzle to open the safe in the kids' room for a special surprise. The whole family was blown away by the attention to detail, the fun and friendliness of the staff, and the excellent quality of everything we did/ate/saw. I also cannot speak more highly about the activities available after the park closes - we attended an improve show at the castle, had a dance party, played in the "LEGO fountain" and had fun just walking around and seeing everything. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and having this kind of value for the money we spent - it was worth every penny. Also - the dance breaks in the elevators - BEST THING EVER!

I liked the Legoland attractions, not the hotel I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at the LEGOLAND Hotel. We specifically chose your hotel because we were traveling with our young son and expected a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. We drove approximately three hours to get to LEGOLAND and arrived around 3:30 PM, planning around the hotel’s 4:00 PM check-in time. However, due to unexpected problems with our room, we were left dealing with the situation until approximately 9:30–10:00 PM. During all of those hours, we had our luggage with us, and more importantly, we had a young child who needed to be fed, changed, and given a comfortable place to rest. After such a long drive, this was extremely frustrating and exhausting for our family. When we finally got into the room, the problems continued. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the carpet/rugs were wet. We also found hair in the bathtub, which made us seriously question whether the room had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The service was also disappointing. My husband requested a kettle three separate times, but no one brought it. It was only after I personally called and spoke very firmly about the situation that someone finally brought the kettle approximately 30 minutes later. A basic request should not require four attempts before it is addressed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness concerns continued at breakfast, where we noticed that the plates provided to guests were wet. After already experiencing the wet carpet and hair in our bathtub, this added to our overall impression that cleanliness and attention to detail were not at the standard we expected from a LEGOLAND family hotel. We were given a $200 refund and an apology, and while I acknowledge that gesture, I want to make very clear that this complaint is not about the $200. The money does not change the experience we had.

During the day with the TV on and kids laughing and talking the noise was bar-able. I complain to front desk i was told they didn't have another room available. The AC unit made so much noise all day, at night it was worse. My son and I were sleep deprived. We went to legoland the next day feeling exhausted . It ruined our day

I guess I am just used to staying at the Disnelyland hotel where everything is so clean and pristine. The only thing I liked about this hotel was how convinent it was to get to the park, it is literally just outside the doors. That part was to best, everything else about the hotel was not that great. The rooms felt old and dirty even though they looked clean. The hotel front desk consists of just a kiosk that you check into yourself and if you need to talk to an actual person there is a line of people waiting to do the same. I wonder how often the lobby lego pits get cleaned, although the kids loved it, it does not seem very sanitary. The pool was over crowded and there was no place to sit. I do have to say all the Valet employees were very helpful and kind. Thank you to them at least.

Overall, the room was clean, but the dusting could definitely be improved. The carpet also needs a good shampoo our socks were filthy after walking around on it. Everything else in the room was fine, and the texting service was excellent. They responded very quickly whenever we had questions. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It wasn’t great and was extremely crowded, which made the experience less enjoyable. Despite those issues, we had a good overall stay and would definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

One downside is that the sink was pretty clogged but that’s a common occurrence in hotels. Otherwise the stay was great, love the themed rooms. A little bit dusty on the shelves but overall decently clean enough and the kids enjoyed themselves. The pool is crowded but the kids still had fun and the playground and entertainment was pretty cool.

My kids 8th birthday trip worth the trip. Staying at the hotel added perks for a two day Legoland stay.
