Big rooms clean staff was friendly and nice parking

The exercise room was not available, the room was okay, clean, but the sliding glass door was stuck and very hard to open, for access to the pool. no chair outside to sit and enjoy the outside. The pool was nice, but lacked umbrellas. I was locked out of my room 3 different times and had to get the key card reprogrammed.

Visible stains on the couch and the building smells like smoke. Just a place to crash for a night. Comfy bed

Loved my ADA room handheld shower head. All hotels should have them.

Building and rooms are in rough condition. Room has broken parts in the walls, lampshades, small flying bugs in the room. Checked in after 8pm and hallways had garbage and linen lining the halls and smelling.

Property is pretty rough — broken shower doors, chipped paint, broken furniture in the hallways. Side doors are not secure — anyone can walk in any time of day or night because keys aren’t required for access. The breakfast should not be advertised as “full hot breakfast” — there is a waffle maker and a few packets of plain instant oatmeal along with cold cereal, yogurt, and bagels/bread for toast. Area is sketchy. Redeeming qualities are friendly and helpful staff and a good Indian restaurant next door. The price is cheap, but I don’t think what you get is even worth the low rate. I would not stay here again.

My sheets were very evidently dirty. The TV didn't work front desk told me they were unable to fix it. Kids running thru halls. Shower didn't work.

Dirty and not a 2 1/2 star by any means.

Not well kept or clean no cots to offer and getting refund was hard because I booked through Expedia. We checked out a day early.

La habitación estaba sucia, encontramos basura de los huéspedes anteriores, la cortina del baño sucia negra y color chocolate la habitación decía no fumadores y olía horrible a cigarrillos fue imposible dormir allí, las toallas percudidas con residuos de popo de algún animal manchadas, había colillas de cigarro en el pasillo tiradas. No había espacio para la quinta persona ya que era dos camas matrimoniales ofrecen para 5 la Javi y no tenían ni un sofá cama. Es un horror ese hotel desde cuando entras para mí fue un engaño las fotos la tienen que cambiar y poner fotos de verdad para que el cliente sepa donde se mete. Si pudiera poner 0 estrella lo haría. La puerta tenías que asegurarte que esté bien cerrada porque no servía las tarjetas iguales.

They need more repairs and maintenance

Pueden mejorar el desayuno y remodelar un poco más el lugar. La piscina super recomendable.

Dirty rooms… food left on floors, toothpaste on bathroom walls… you can feel the dirt under your feet once shoes were removed… stained linens…. Broken beds…. And when you choose to leave and not stay they refuse refund

When I first arrived the room they initially gave me smelled like sewage. Unfortunate circumstance but I went right back to the front desk and without hesitation they were able to give me a new room. They were very helpful and did not question my reasoning. The new room was great and was very convenient for only a 2 night stay. The two things I had trouble with was the AC unit and the tile in the bathroom was a bit dirty. The AC unit was loud and had made it hard to have a good nights rest. I did not use the amenities so I cannot comment on that. I would still say if your a solo traveler or traveling with a partner for a few days you should look into this hotel.

We did not have much interaction with staff other than checking in with the guy behind the plexiglass window, so I won’t complain about them. But this place should be demolished or gutted. It is gross. Our second floor room with balcony had vomit on the landing, the drapes were ripped in places, all the furniture was stained, scratched, or broken, the bathroom mirror had a crack in it and there unidentifiable substances stuck on the floor and walls. Tha shower made an incredibly loud metallic banging sound once it finally turned on, the bedding is likely over 20 years old, and the smoke/co2 detector was non existent, an ice machine in the hallway was filthy with weird brown funky stuff hanging from the ceiling over it and surrounded by trash, part of the downstairs railing was broken and the breakfast was not only minimal, but utensils were missing and the coffee machine poured out sludgey yuck and people were leaving their full cups there as it was undrinkable. We needed a place to stay enroute from NY to NC and checked in at 10 pm. Had we arrived earlier, I would’ve and should’ve demanded a refund and sought another place. On another note, it was clear that this is also a residence for people.

Our rooms were absolutely wonderful! They had everything we needed. They were very clean and everything was working just fine! When we had an issue with our television, they sent someone down immediately and it was back to normal in no time! The pool area was awesome and right outside our doors! The hotel was quiet and not over crowded or busy! I will absolutely come back again very soon!

The room was clean although the carpets could use a good cleaning.
