Very comfortable bed, restful night, everything was clean, but the water pressure was very low and almost no warm water. It took five minutes to get enough warm water to shower. I never got enough water to get a good shave. For the price still worth it.

Clean room and Cold a/c. Breakfast was listed on reservation but was not available. Next to a Waffle House though so that was no problem.

TV remote inop, only got 1 channel. Furniture was old. Room was clean, staff friendly. Room was big, had refrigerator and microwave. Shower drained slowly. But none of this bothered me. I needed a place to stay (just passing through) and this was a very good price for a retired person. Wifi was strong, worked fine. Did not need to use the AC. Did not like the driveway - too steep and could not see in front of car when first descending. I would stsy here again.

Although I booked a non-smoking room, it had a slight cigarette odor upon entering. The toilet seat had visible yellowish-brown urine and did not appear to have been cleaned. The pillowcases had noticeable stains, and there was dirt on both the TV stand and the table, making it seem as though the room had not been even cleaned before my arrival. I also found hair on the shower curtain liner and on the shower wall. In addition, the sink appeared to be partially clogged, and the toilet generally looked unclean. The complimentary breakfast selection was basic but acceptable, with bread, bagels, cereal, cream cheese, peanut butter, and jelly. However, I was concerned by the way the food was restocked. The hotel attendant brought out a bag of bread and bagels and handled the food directly with his bare hands before placing them on the serving area in front of guests like this was normal. Watching food being handled this way raised additional concerns about sanitation. Overall, the lack of cleanliness in the room and the questionable food handling practices made for an unpleasant stay. I hope management addresses these issues.

bad location, around abandoned buildings

Breakfast was very good. room service was great. location was good. would stay there again next year. have no complaints other than the driveway.

Nothing Everything

The entrance was NOT appealing, going down into the premises passing by dilapidated, abandoned property.

I appreciated the welcoming and accommodating staff the most. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. I also enjoyed getting a good night's sleep in a comfortable room, and the weekend continental breakfast was a pleasant bonus. It's encouraging to see the improvements under the new management, and I look forward to seeing how the property continues to grow. The property is still in the process of being updated, so there are a few areas where cleanliness and overall appearance could be improved. That said, the new management seems committed to making positive changes, and I believe the hotel will continue to improve over the coming months.

They were able to accommodate me with my modifications It was clean and smell good also quiet. Staff friendly and professional. How slow the water drains out of tub and bathroom sink.

Dirty parking lot, No coffee machine or breakfast available. Many stains in the room, though the room was decently clean. 2.5 star hotel? Nope.

I didnt like anything it smelled awful and was muggy and glad I travel with my sheets and pillows horrible surrounding abandoned buildings

When you approach it, it is hidden. You have to drive through a torn up and derelict property to reach it. My friend referred it to a burned out ghetto and didn't want to stay. I missed the cancelation date so we stayed. The building needed maintenance on the outside. Inside you were welcomed by friendly staff, new carpet and fresh paint. The room was sparce with mismatched furniture. The hvac worked great.

It was easy to find and inexpensive, which was the priority for the night. Room was reasonably clean. Staff was friendly. It needs some attention. It looks like it has not been updated in years. Building in front full of broken windows and other unidentifiable items.
