Hotel Artemide Mare

Very nice location, nice hotel facilities and extremely good staff. I will definitely go back. Nothing really, it could be fantastic if only they took care of some little repairs.

It was a very short drive to the archeology center and close to several good restaurants. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Breakfast was OK but get there early before the sports team and the people making sandwiches for the beach ? The shower was quite small for a tall man to shower in. We did not care for the place they sent us the 1st night for the buffet - it was very expensive and the food almost gone early in the evening.

Pool, access to beach, not having to go out for a meal, friendly staff. Needs maintenance asap, cereal but no bowls(asked and got 1 mixing bowl), coffee machine needing to be reset for every cup, staff standing around chatting when you needed help with something, as above, very uncomfortable bed and pillows, pools dirty and grounds need grass cut and chairs with cushions !

Lovely Hotel, good location on the beach with a pool. Modern and bright ,easy parking .Nice breakfast , could have some more variation .

The pool was great and it was right at the beach. It seems the property was just bought. They are trying to fix it but our drain didn’t work in the shower and the bathroom door handle wasn’t attached and came right off. It did confused our taxi driver as he knew it by a different name (Calypso) but the new name is Hotel Artimede Mare.

right on the beach and room with sea view. upon arrival we were served with caffe and we got an early breakfast! we were the only guest at this time of the year ? constant renovation will be key to keep a good rating!

The service from the staff was excellent. We were the only hotel visitors for the two days stay. The balcony with sea view was excellent. Also the effort of the private breakfast. The airconditioning stopped three times in two days but the staff fixed it immediately. The first night there were a lot of mosquitoes so are children were stinged 30 times that night. The gateway to the beach was in bad conditions. This was not up to the hotel because it is on city grounds.

Close to beach Pool was closed and looked very rundown. No English/Irish breakfast No sundeck No laundry facility All the above were on their website but when asked no to everything. We booked there because of these facilities. Dinner was not every night??

The hotel is close to the beach and in this way it looked comfortable. Pity that the management is inadequate and made us very upset.

I liked the location, the staff The mould smell in the room, we literally couldn’t sleep during the night!

The hotel is right on the beach. Staff were very helpful and always avaliable. We had to check out very early to catch our flight home but were offered breakfast and were given what we asked for promptly on rising. Dinner was limited but very good value. We could have done without the live (and loud) music but the other diners seemed to enjoy it. There is space to park but it is roadside.

The swimming pool was under construction and not available to be used. Same for the terrace on the third floor of the building

The staff was courteous and the room size and comfort was excellent. The provided breakfast and options for lunch and dinner were great with affordable price and excellent service. Overall our experience was great including the proximity to the sea and the private Lido Il Pescatore.

great location right on beach did not have Wi-Fi in the rooms. When addressed I was informed they just didn’t care. Also had very bad regular cell service which felt dangerous for a solo traveler

Spacious rooms, excellent cleaning services, good accomodations, full breakfast, location could not be better just steps away from beachfront. Pool at hotel nice extra and can see beachfront view. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Rosario. Beds were adequate size but a but uncomfortable, especially with doubles and beds would split apart if could consider a mattress seam joiner. Very minor, plan to stay again.

Friendly staff, clean spaces, solid breakfast and meals, very close to the beach! a 30 minute walk to the Grecian ruins, which are simply spectacular. The guests staying there were a bit uncomfortable. If you're an LGBTQ+ person, I recommend going elsewhere. My partner and I received stares and sneers constantly in this very hetero, family-oriented space. There's nothing to do in town--no real town to speak of--except for eating really delicious food.

Extremely nice hotel just next to the beach. We stayed in a room with a seaside view, which was an excellent choice as we could see and feel the ocean from the beautiful balcony. The staff was really helpful and they for example arranged a hair dresser to the hotel the day we were attending a friend's wedding. The restaurant was really nice and served traditional food during lunch and dinner. The breakfast was good, mainly sweets but also some savory options, for example you could ask scrambled eggs from the chef. All the bills (including drinks) were very conveniently added to the final invoice, which we payed when leaving the hotel at the end of our stay.
