Looks like new hotel, or at least well maintained. Interconnected spacious 2 rooms via the living room. Location and accessibility. No information beforehand on how to get to the check-in reception (3rd floor on top of small shopping area).

Location

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. Location was convenient and there were shops and restaurants located near the hotel. Overall great stay and will recommend. N.A.

The reception was good, but the main issue was that the rooms had insects. My daughter was injured by an insect in her eye, and my son developed a severe allergic reaction due to insect bites. The place is somewhat okay overall, but this issue is serious and concerning.

i like the cleanliness, spacious premium suites with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, really comfortable, all the need ( iron, heater, e/ keetle) already in the room, the food also good, the staff very nice,

The location was great, plenty restaurants all with in a 5 minute walk. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. The rooms were comfortable, highly recommend Nothing, everything was great

The property is very good. There's a strong WiFi connection and I can watch anything that I want. The room is so cold, so bring your sweater! NOTHING! ?

Variety of food

The room was spacious, a lot of space for a family. No AC but it was chilly and the fan helps ventilate the air inside. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure and water heater were great. Staff were nice to ask if we'd like to combine twin beds into queen sized bed and even helped sweep the floor after rearranging the beds. Breakfast spread was good. Enjoyed our last minute booking there. Extra towel and blanket were charged rm5 each. Dim lights in the bathroom and the bathroom window was facing the walkway, not so safe to leave window open.

I like the location it's a good thing nearly a facility The baggage handling and room cleaning services were not adequate.

the room is very spacious, very comfortable and cozy for a family of 4-6 adults. all the facilities in the room works great. super easy to connect to the staffs through room telephone. breakfast at the hotel had variety of options, from malay dishes to western just a tiny thing really but it would be great if the hotel could provide few cutleries in the room. even plastic ones are fine. also, breakfast was served slightly warm, rather than freshly hot. had the latte coffee from the coffee machine but it wasn't hot at all.

with our arrive, the staff welcoming and there treatment and check in was there positive point and perfect, especially the manager ( Aisyah ) and Mr. Muhammed Umar , who was very helpful, we had small issue in booking ( we booked wrong date) they solved our problem very fast. breakfast was good enough its Asian taste. room was very clean, all facilities are available. totally we enjoyed our stay. getting to the hotel is a bit tricky, the lobby is in 3rd floor of the building which is small shopping center. breakfast is Asian taste for some people not good. but they have coffee with bakeries which is good.

Rooms are great & clean, very spacious, beautiful view, beautiful weather. Neighborhood have lots of food and local attractions. Toilet is also very clean, have hot shower, free wifi and refrigerator so we can keep our fresh pick strawberries! During our first arrival, figuring out where to park and the hotel lobby is confusing at first. But we figure it out eventually.

Great location near bus station and easy to visit attractions. Lots of good restaurants downstairs. Big and spacious rooms. Friendly check-in and out staff. Too expensive for what you got. Charged to have a blanket brought up when we were cold at night. Basic inside - TV has hardly any English channel and no news. Not possible to watch Netflix or anything. Forgot to replace water but brought up oncewe asked for some. Breakfast was ok - mostly Asian food.
