ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!!! First of all when we checked in the staff was so kind and welcoming The rooms were beautiful with a very large terrace even though we were staying in their smallest room. The pool was SO BEAUTIFUL ? it looked as if you were in the Spanish version of Beverly Hills ❤️ The complimentary breakfast was fantastic quality with wide variety (this is the first hotel breakfast who’s eggs actually look like they came from a chicken ??) The location was perfect as it was a walking distance to the beach and board walk plus you will pass a bay full of flamingos on your way! There is absolutely nothing bad you can say about this place or anyone who works there ❤️❤️❤️

Our whole stay in the hotel was lovely! All the staff were happy and helpful, food was good. Good location easy to walk into the beach. Where there is lots of bars and restaurants. We would happily stay they again. Beds are hard but you can’t please everyone can you!

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Great breakfast. Nice outdoor seating areas. Our junior suite with spa bath was dated, had untidy decor and a poor bed. Not had a bed with blankets for a long time at a hotel. The furniture didn’t match and looked like someone had thrown items in the room to fill it. The door banged every time someone used the lift. We were very disappointed with our room.

We had only one night stay here but it was very well worth of money. We had a long car drive from south to north and this was perfect stop-over for us. We booked the spa for one hour and dinner at hotel's Komfort restaurant. Spa was very nice with jaguzzi, bigger pool, Finnish sauna and Turkish steam sauna. Then we had dinner at Komfort restaurant and the food & service was so good there! The room was quite basic (which little touch-up it could be much nicer) but the balcony was super nice and big. The staff at the hotel were mega friendly and always smiling.

Lovely hotel. Excellent continental breakfast. Lovely room Free parking is a huge bonus Late cleaning of room (after lunch). It is a 20 minute walk to nearest beach. Which is lovely in the morning. We found taxis a bit of a hassle going back to hotel, but still less expensive than normal parking rates at other calpe hotels

RooNicelym great, breakfast fine, unfortunately both restaurants closed the evening we stayed. Restaurant closed

The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was very clean with good facilities . It’s not that we didn’t like it, it was just a little bit further away from the centre than we wanted. I got my steps in !

We stayed half board and ate at the Komfort restaurant - not the Michelin-starred Beat next door. Even so, the food was exceptional. An amuse-bouche, followed by three different starters, a main course (eg turbot paella) and a dessert. Sparkling wine with the continental breakfast wasn't too bad either! Lovely pool to relax and cool off. Exceptional service from the (apparently all-male) staff. Quiet and peaceful. Free parking on site. Rooms a little tired but clean and comfy with a view of the Ifac rock from the terrace. No international TV channels and quite a walk to get to the old town.

Passable

The disabled facilities and the size and cleanliness. The willingness of the staff. Lovely breakfast. Everything very fresh. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi bath to work. It also needs bars around it to assist getting in and out. The toilet seat is awful! Quite hazardous.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful Thought the balcony walls could do with a repaint. Bathroom fitting looked a bit tired Both single bed were very squeaky but very comfortable

The staff were wonderful and the location was terrific. I was given a really run down room when I arrived. It was dirty. Holes in the curtains. Very small. I complained and was given a better room. Still very worn sheets and stains on the walls.
