Air conditioning did not work

the location was fine near a beach but it was a 10min walk on a hill I chose this hotel because it is advertised as a 3-star hotel, so I expected a reasonable level of comfort and service—not luxury, just basic quality. Unfortunately, it failed on almost every level. The room was incredibly small. There was barely any space to move, let alone put my backpack. The only furniture was a tiny table with the TV sitting on top of it, leaving nowhere to place my luggage. The bed was another disappointment. It was a metal sofa bed that squeaked every time I moved. The pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep. The room had only one power outlet, awkwardly located in the middle of the wall. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom because it was the only practical option. The bathroom was far below acceptable standards. It wasn't properly cleaned, with stains all over the walls. There was no shampoo provided, only a basic soap dispenser. Housekeeping was poor. They made the bed every day but never replaced the towels. I had to use the same towels for three days, which is simply unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. What made the experience even worse was the constant extra charges. Everything seemed to cost extra. The safe costs €4 per day plus a €20 deposit, the TV remote requires a €10 deposit, and even clean pool towels cost €3 per change after paying a €20 deposit. It felt like the hotel was trying to squeeze money out of guests for every basic service. To make matters worse, the hotel does not allow guests to bring food or drinks from outside. After seeing the quality of the food they serve, this policy felt completely unreasonable and left guests with little choice but to buy their overpriced food. I also tried the room service. I wasn't expecting much, but I certainly didn't expect a frozen Margherita pizza that had simply been heated for a few minutes and served as a meal. The hotel was also very noisy.

Nice location, the view from the window was the best. I had the opportunity for early check in, big thanks to Receptionist Bamos. The mattress was not the best.

Great location great view

Good view. Room had no kettle, too few power plugs, bed was poor, pillows were thin and lumpy. Bath room cramped, hardly room to turn around, narrow bathtub made shower difficult. Towels very thin.Breakfast was dull. Hot food overcooked, cold, coffee nasty, very few gluten free items that I require, Better pillows, better bath tub and towels. Air-conditioner poor. Too warm, low air flow, antiquated thermostat. No kettle or fridge. Had to pay for safe! Staff very nice. Very helpful.

I very much appreciated my stay at MLL Blue Bay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout the stay, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The room with the sea view was outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also really liked the property's location, which is very close to Cala Major and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

View Cleanness People were too loud at night and in the morning. When I wanted to check in, they asked me to pay for tax that was not cheap. They didn't mention in description. Some dishes were not clean in the restaurant. Pillow was not comfortable. The electricity was cut off sometimes.

Nothing, is dirty and old

Hotel location is very good. The room was very clean. There was no mini fridge in the room, which was very inconvenient. The swimming pool water was very cold; the heaters were not switched on, which made the swimming pool completely unusable.

Well placed between Palma old city and the first "cala" style beaches of the west coast, above the hill meaning great view from all rooms (which all have nice balconies), but far enough from street noise, which is all why we chose it. Nothing to complain about as regards room equipment, apart from it is not brand new. Has a generous pool (not tested). Breakfast rather above expectation. Since we were on an upper floor on the side, we could not judge the soundproofness.

The breakfast felt cheap. First night we asked for paella and it was a frozen one. The hotel is located in a hill, so if you have some physical impediment (as my wife has) is a bit difficult to go and take a walk, you better take a cab. We got robbed in beach Cala Mayor. Off course this is not a fault of the hotel, but got to mention it.

Spectacular ocean view. Amazing breakfast buffet. Accessibility to walk to the shore and several restaurants. Very good location. Friendly staff. We felt the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom needed a bit of maintenance (flush button out of place and older utilities).

Location. Breakfast foods is nice. Tables are not clean. Just crumbs brushed off the table. My daughter passport was stolen out the room. My son airpods was stolen out the room. Charge $10 per day for parking. Tub had cracks.

Idk if this was only in my room but there was no toiletries essentials. But other than that everything was good.

Lady at front desk was rather rude. The tall boy was very polite and helpful . Room and bathroom were old and i could hear all the noise from rooms nearby. No cattle and no small fridge.

I didn’t stay here long enough to know. Dated. Very dated for the price. There wasn’t a remote for the TV.

The room was so dirty and smelly, bath was so dirty I had to take shower having my flip flops on
