The cleaning service did not come daily

Really great location for exploring the region , especially regarding DDay. Evening meals were excellent. Rooms compact but beautifully turned out. Shower hot. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Between our phones we translated french to English. Perfect would recommend. The television wouldn't allow English subtitles.

Great value for what you get, staff were exceptionally friendly and very willing to speak or try to speak English. 11/10 The room was just a tad on the small side, but still very comfortable. I wish there were 2 sets of towels provided per person.

Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but simply good enough. Missed some more relaxing spot to have some drinks.

The Location was very good we stayed here because it was walking distance from the concert venue. The bed mattress was too hard and our friends who stayed also agreed.Breakfast was very sparse and items were continuosly running out.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Thee was a kettle with some portions of tea and coffee which was very nice. It was also well heated. The staff was very helpful and polite. The location is very good, 10 minutes from Caen center (by car) and easy to find. There was free parking at the hotel premises. Nothing. Everything was fine.

A very nice hotel, close to the Parc des Expositions and about a 25 minute walk from the centre of Caen. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant was adequate and the staff there were very pleasant but a little rushed and inexperienced. Breakfast was good.

Friendly staff (we speak some French but they were happy to speak English). Restaurant in hotel was well priced, portions were generous, and food was tasty. Hotel is great for overnight when catching the ferry and hypermarkets are close by too. Free secure parking on site. Would stay here again. Everything was good. Nothing to dislike.

Great hotel - highly recommended especially if you are attending the Zenith arena which is 10 mins away. Staff are really helpful. Everything was good - especially the lovely bed.

Very easy to get to, free parking, charging facilities for electric vehicles, and not to far away from the centre of town.

The breakfast is quite good, providing a satisfying start to the day. Parking is convenient with plenty of space available, which is great if you're driving. An on-site restaurant adds to the convenience, making it easy to grab a meal without having to leave the property. The Wi-Fi is also reliable. There aren't many dining options in the surrounding area, and while there’s an on-site restaurant, the food wasn't particularly impressive. Additionally, the rooms are quite small, which could be a bit cramped for some guests.

We needed a place in Caen to stay for our last night before dropping off car at Caen station. Very friendly staff. It was fun trying to communicate in limited French/English! Liked excellent photographs of historic French and international celebrities in hallways. We enjoyed the food, but only stayed one night. Free Parking Would definitely come back. I think WiFi was free. small bedroom for 2. Would like to have been given a full invoice with details of my stay, not till receipt.

good place to stay for Caen ferry. Nice staff and clean hotel. Food in the restaurant is highly recommended. would stay again our room smelt a little of cigarette smoke

The location was convenient Air conditioner not working, no staff at night, no toilet paper (Napkins substitute), no box tissue, hair dryer sucks, bed sheets itchy

Comfortable, very clean, pleasant helpful staff, great accommodation. Good restaurant too. Nothing really, just what we were looking for. Breakfast perhaps a little expensive for what was on offer.
