The staff the food the overall experience They didn’t give me a WiFi password and it’s not written in the instructions and the phone didn’t work so it forced me to go back downstairs to front desk in order to use WiFi

Staff is perfect and also communication with them . Ok so : - Refrigerator in the room is working but apparently it’s working like maybe cooling at maximum 14 degrees judging by my experience . So basically don’t count you can put anything inside and have it cool for usages . + The good thing is that stuff will put your things into kitchen if needed to have it cool for your needs for example like we needed for tomorrow travel . - Ok then breakfast. Let’s say like this it’s ok but half of the things from pictures were missing . For example there was only one ham , no fruits , no cakes , donuts , less cheese than on pictures , also no cherry tomatoes and similar things . And why I am saying this cuz I took place based on breakfast because of my 2 year old kid . So for me this was big negative thing when I saw more than half of the things were missing .

it was 30mins drive from bursa teleferik such a crap breakfast very small rooms 0 comfort it was extremely hot in the room no ac fan nothing it's presented as a 4 star but don't worth a 1 star Bathroom is so small u can't even turn around they do false description online reality is so different

The rooms were clean and big enough, the staff was really nice and helpful, the food was good - we had dinner(burgers and pizza - very good) and breakfast. It is close to main street were you can find lots of places to eat(if you don't want to eat at the hotel). We could see the mountain from our room from the fifth floor.
