I liked the friendliness of the receptionist and the free valet service. Moreover, the free breakfast was a plus. Can't think of much as we stayed only for one night. The facility is poor, beds are not comfortable at all, and the windows are not well insulated so the street sound is very audible at night. The hotel took 3 hours to come and attend my AC complaint and it wasn't prioritized from the first call.

The surrounding area is quite and and most of the facilities are available. The staff are very helpful. Mr Gam helped me renting a car from a far office. He spent about 10 mins talking on phone to make it easier for me. They serve varied breakfast. Everyone there are smiling and make you feel welcomed. I will visit it again. Note: You have to get your own car to be able to move to and from Bursa and nearby attractions.
