Anchorage Inn

Decent price, good location, comfortable beds, air conditioning and TV good. No house phone in room? Bathroom with just tub/shower & toilet very small. Strongly recommend safety handrails in bathtub shower and anti-slip on floor of tub to prevent slippage and falls. Toilet seat too low. No handrails to assist standing up. Swimming Pool and Hot tub seemed OK. Parking and rooms facing in rear of hotel away from main street were less noisy. Continental Breakfast really wasn't breakfast. The ceiling was leaking on the bathroom

Location near UVM is excellent. Staff was very good. Hot coffee all day and pastries included for breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious, but could use a little maintenance. Would definitely stay at the hotel again,

Breakfast was very minimal gout property was a good value.

Parking was fine, breakfast was coffee and a muffin. It is not good for anyone with a disability. No elevator stairs to all rooms, no help with bags. My room had no towels. Please needs a refurbishing. AC worked but was noisy . Not going back there

Par contre, la salle de bain aurait clairement besoin de rénovations : la jonction entre le mur et du bain-douche est fissurée sur toute sa longueur, une tuile de céramique au sol est cassée et bouge les joints sont tachés orangés. Autre déception : l’annonce indiquait « déjeuner continental inclus ». En réalité, cela se limite à du café et quelques barres tendres ou collations emballées. Si vous vous attendez à du jus d’orange, des rôties, etc., vous risquez d’être déçus. Dommage, car avec quelques améliorations et un vrai déjeuner continental l’expérience aurait été beaucoup plus positive.

Staff accommodated my request to change rooms. Free parking was available. very outdated/ shabby, stained carpeting, no face cloths or hand towels in room on arrival, old avocado tub with chips and stains, no bedside lamp for reading - had a standing floor lamp next to bed that you had to get up to turn off. no hair dryer no elevator. Had to change rooms due to a whirring noise behind the wall.

Clean room good staff

It's an older place with basic commodities. But if you need a bed and a bathroom for a good price, it works just fine.

The hotel is very outdated - 1980s. Tiny bathroom, sink without a stopper, very old carpeting and loud creaky floor. Loud neighbors at 3am having an argument and because the room had a connecting door, it kept us awake. No breakfast, no frills.

Very convenient to shopping ,hospitals and highway. Indoor pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. It was a very old and run down jotel Had a funky smell Beds were very uncomfortable Only enough towels for 1 guest. Although the staff did bring us more. Very basic.
