clean room, excellent staff, parking is $12 but its ok. property itself is worth staying at.

Great location and very close to Knott’s with lots of food options on the same street.

I’m always stay there before it’s been good. I asked for a balcony, but they gave me a half a balcony. I couldn’t use very fit a chair in there. Also, when I checked out, I went around the whole hotel upstairs downstairs outside looking for a cart for my luggage and they said they only have one and it was busy. Somebody would need you. I feel like they should be at least three of them available not just one.

Breakfast menu was fresh, but way over price for the type and amount of food offered. Parking was safe.

We had stayed before and had a great visit but this time around the room was dirty and there had been bugs in the shower, it leaked water when showering and the door would not open or close properly. The table and the desk were sticky and looked like it wasn't cleaned and just put away, the bed sheets had a stain and the phone to call the front desk didn't work

We arrived at 1130 pm and left 10 am next morning. Room was clean, front desk was polite. Plenty of parking!

I didn't do the breakfast, but the room and the courtyard were very nice. The room size was perfect with King size bed a sofa that was clean, it was a great set up. I also like that it had a balcony facing the courtyard pool, very nice. There was coffee to brew, but there wasn't a coffee maker.

Room was great. Parking lot has a lot of holes and you need to pay for parking . Pool was great very relaxing.

A nice clean decent place to stay in Anaheim near the amusement parks all in all good experience and dog friendly really love that!

The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The lobby and the rooms were very clean.

Exceptional

Everything was very it has started to become our go to hotel whenever we take a Knotts trip. My daughter LOVES being in your pool and we love having the room right in front of the pool.

Clean, parking was affordable $12 per day. Staff were a little slow at check in but it all worked out well.
