Beautiful historic property! Our room had narrow spiral staircase upstairs to the bathroom. Little dodgy in the middle of the night.

Honestly this is one of our favorite places to stay in all of Europe. The staff was amazing, the property beautiful, such and amazing location in Bruges. There was nothing that did not merit a 10 at this hotel. nothing

The hotel was really chic and luxury! Everything about rooms, equipment, was just perfect. The staff were very very well behaved!! One of the best i had ever seen! Maybe the only thing was that the spa didn't have jacuzzi! And also there was no swimming pool. And the prices of restaurant were a bit expensive. I mean more expensive than expected.

Such a charming place . Perfectly tucked away yet in the midst of shops , restaurants and beautiful sites. I loved having a drink on back patio in the evening.

Gorgeous, nice sitting areas, great location, quiet, comfortable room. Staff entered our room when SPECIFICALLY instructed at front desk we wanted no maid service during stay, we had DO NOT DISTURB on the door 24/7, AND I had a note taped to the door stating no maid service needed. INAPPROPRIATE to enter our room. Then, THREE times I talked to front desk after and stated I WANTED AN ANSWER WHY THEY ENTERED - - no one really gave a good answer, I'm not sure they really asked staff!!!!! NOT GOOD! Someone placed a "gift" on my nightstand (lotions and such) that they give out to longer stays. They should have left it at the front desk with note on our door they had something for me. MADE ME FEEL VIOLATED and they didn't really care about getting me firm answer as to WHO came in and do they now know they should NEVER do that to anyone else. There was no mistake that no one should have entered our room. We could have been in the shower!!!!

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff/team was exceptional. When return to Bruges, there’s only one place we will stay: Dukes’ Palace! Give some type of incentive to stay on property for dining and lounge experiences.

An exceptional location in the heart of Bruges, making it easy to explore the historic center. The staff seemed surprised after having been asked of a simple favor, which felt unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. I also found the Pavilion rooms to be noticeably older and more worn than expected.

Cannot speak highly enough about our stay here! The hotel is absolutely stunning, incredibly central location, beautiful amenities (wonderful sauna in the spa!). The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Staying here in Bruges was a highlight of our time in Europe and will recommend to anyone visiting!

The hotel a unique atmosphere and very polite and courteous staff. Dinning options are limited but there is more hundred restaurants around.

The Dukes’ Palace is truly perfection. The rooms are immaculate, well appointed, and spacious. The grounds offer a tranquil respite from exploring the bustling city of Brugge. Breakfast was exceptional and the location allowed us to easily walk to all major sites.

A very nice facility. The terrace area is a welcome, quiet and relaxing for a drink or meal.
