Room is a lot of space. Good breakfast. N/a

Great location, easily walkable to the center of the city. Breakfast was good and perfect before going out and exploring each day.
-
Location it’s reallly good. Beds are comfortable. Breakfasts was really good. Bathroom is too small and shower is super slippery. The stairs are really small to go up with your luggage. No AC and the room didn’t have much outlets to plug your devices. They didn’t have an iron in the hotel.
-
Easy to get around.
-
Stairs hard to negotiate if you have large feet
-
Great location, lovely breakfast, opportunity for parking, and great staff Can’t really complain but we were there in heatwave and with no A/C we had to keep windows open and it was noisy. But really hard to complain when that is rare occurrence
-
Location was great. Close to everything. Hotel was clean and loved you could open all the windows.
-
Location, close to every single place you should visit in Bruges. The staff extremely friendly and welcoming The room had a musty smell, no view through the window
-
Location Breakfast Character Staff were fantastic Wallpaper was peeling No air conditioning

Breakfast was good and locaiton ideal for exploring Brugge We had to leave at 7.30am, breakfast satrted at 8am and they would not offer a earlier option or refund for that breakfast.

The property itself was close to the square in Bruges which was an ideal location. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. We found on entering the property the reception to be rather dark, It was very dimly lit. The bottom of the bed in our room was very close to the radiator under the window, so I would bump into the radiator sometimes when getting past to go to my side of the bed. We didn’t have a soap dish to put the bar of soap on in the bathroom which meant I had to use a plastic bag so that the soap didn’t slide all over the sink top. The floor itself could’ve done with hovering because there was a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners of the room, which I had to pick up by hand to put in the bin. Unfortunately, there’s no lift for anybody that’s elderly with their case but the stairs are rather steep so you have to be very careful when coming up and going down.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Having an included breakfast was a super nice bonus. The stairs were steep, but that just comes with an older building
-
excellent location
-
Beds are not comfortable, bathroom and closet too small for a family.
-
Cosy place. Dirty folded towels with bunch of hair inside and no toiletries. It would have been nice if they had provided some bottled water on the desk.
-
Chocolates at checkin! Water pressure in shower not great.

The stairs to the upper floors are thin and strangely diagonal, making them difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. We were in the budget room and the bed was under a window, with a slanted roof that meant you couldn’t sit up in bed and had to remember a low ceiling was directly above you when you got up so you didn’t hit your head. Not being able to sit in bed made it a less comfortable stay. There was a chair as an alternative but in a double room it only helps one of you. We didn’t watch the tv but if you wanted to it would also have been uncomfortable as it was positioned to watch from bed.
