It houses a wellness center in the hotel’s 16th-century cellars. The sound-proof rooms have air conditioning, coffee/tea facilities and free Wi-Fi. The location was great only a five minute stroll to the city. Staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and spacious, parking on site was a bonus and the breakfast was excellent. We were put in an annex out the back of the hotel with a few steps to climb which wasn’t very good for my wife who has reduced mobility.

Excellent room! With the standing of the hotel, the breakfast could be better with someone in the breakfast room who could make omelets or crepes with the request of the guests. Also Nespresso coffee is missing to be considered.

Nice reception and bar, good breakfast, nice staff, Room located by the parking lot, not quiet in the morning. Spa was « ok » but didn’t feel so clean and not relaxing in the end

Great location in the centre of Brugge. Excellent breakfast with good choices, although the cooked breakfast was lukewarm.

Great location, got a free room upgrade, the spa in the basement is a nice touch. Housekeeping tended to come a little late to my room each day I stayed.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel itself is elegantly decorated, and simply walking through the halls—especially taking the beautiful wooden staircase—is an absolute delight. A huge thank you to the fantastic staff for upgrading us to Room 203 in the main hotel building! It made our stay extra special. For future guests, just a quick heads-up: the car park is on the tighter side, so if you drive a larger SUV or dislike tight maneuvers, you might want to consider alternative parking. To top it all off, the breakfast was outstanding—everything we tried was completely delicious. The entire hotel has a clean, welcoming atmosphere and a truly lovely ambiance. We’d gladly stay again! We had a very comfortable stay overall. If we had to offer a small piece of constructive feedback, it would be that the bathroom lighting could be just a touch brighter near the mirror and in the walk-in shower. It’s also worth mentioning that an iron wasn't available during our stay, though this didn't take away from the otherwise great experience.
